Rihanna To Pimp Chris Brown Case For Sales

...With TV Appearance

To stoke interest in her floundering, poorly received, stolen single "Russian Roulette" Rihanna is scheduled to make an appearance on television next week, where she is supposedly going to speak out about the Chris Brown assault case for the first time.

It's amazing that now, after all these months of silence, when her fraudulent career is faltering, she wishes to speak, using the Chris Brown domestic violence case for selfish publicity, with the hope it will translate into sales for her new CD.

Rihanna

Rihanna is a cruel, contentious, horrible thief that believes in physically fighting both men and women and taunting people. This time it blew up in her face, when Brown inexcusably lost his mind and started beating her back. They were both wrong and both to blame, for an incident that set such a bad example and is still being poorly handled.

It's amazing how she refuses to tell the truth about everything, pretending nothing happened, when so much has transpired. This is just the beginning of a very long process and one that is going to be very difficult for her, especially when the truth starts coming out...and it will.

Artificial Growth

The Obama Administration used today's GDP numbers, which reflect small growth, to proclaim the "recession" over, but is it. The administration is in danger of falling into a false sense of security.

Unemployment continues to skyrocket, foreclosures still soar, corporate revenue declines are still massive and consumer spending is way down. The crisis continues to surpass the Great Depression in the areas of foreclosures and revenue declines, among other things.

The aforementioned growth is actually the many billions in stimulus money, the government doled out that certain businesses are claiming as revenue. Therefore, said growth is not the real deal. It is artificial growth.

The government cannot sustain this form of growth by spending one to two trillion per year, as it will wreak havoc on the national deficit. Corporate America needs to start cutting back on waste and creating actual products and real services again. No more ponzi schemes, rip-offs or gouging.

With big government boost, U.S. economy grew in 3rd quarter

The U.S. economy roared to life this summer, as an array of government actions led to the strongest quarter of growth in two years.

The Commerce Department reported Thursday that the nation's gross domestic product rose at a 3.5 percent annual rate in the July-through-September quarter, the clearest evidence yet that the country has begun to emerge from the deepest downturn in decades.

But there were few signs in the new data that the private sector will be able to sustain that growth once the government pulls back, or that the rise will soon translate into an improving job market.

The unemployment rate has continued rising in recent months, to 9.8 percent in September, as businesses remained reluctant to hire...

Judge Questionably Acquitted

The acquittal of former Judge Herman Thomas (Judge Had Sex With And Spanked Inmates) was not one without controversy, as it was quite questionable. Three jurors protested the votes rendered on their behalf are not the ones they submitted.

They informed the court they did not vote to acquit Thomas on all the charges he was prosecuted on, which means the trial was tainted. What happened between voting and the verdict being read.

Herman Thomas Case Over

Published: Thu, October 29, 2009 - MOBILE, Alabama - The dispute over the verdict in the Herman Thomas sex abuse trial is over.

Three jurors, who contacted District Attorney John Tyson one day after the verdict was announced, have now backed out of plans for a post-trial challenge.

One of the jurors told News Five he voted not guilty to just two charges, not the seven that were announced in court. Another juror said on the attempted sodomy charge there were eleven guilty votes and just one not guilty vote, and jurors were hopelessly deadlocked on the remaining charges. Special Judge Claud Neilson acquitted Thomas of the attempted sodomy charge along with 13 others after jurors failed to reach a unanimous decision.

Tyson was expected to file a motion Wednesday challenging the verdict, but late Wednesday afternoon he announced the three disgruntled jurors no longer wanted to be involved in the case....

Soldier Threatens To Kill Miley Cyrus

Teen star Miley Cyrus, was stalked once again, this time by a U.S. soldier, Sean Mathis, who was arrested for threatening to kill her, outside the Georgia set of her new movie.

Mathias mistook Miley’s stunt double for the “Hannah Montana” star and began yelling death threats at her. Set security chased him down, only to find out he is a soldier. The matter was turned over to military police and they have decided to pursue criminal charges.

This is the second incident of criminal stalking Cyrus has faced recently, with the other assailant, a mentally ill man in his 50s, suffering from erotomania in believing the two have a special connection. He received probation from a district judge in Los Angeles for his unlawful conduct.

Army Soldier Indicted In Miley Cyrus Stalking Case

Posted on Oct 29, 2009 @ 01:10PM - Miley Cyrus must have breathed a sigh of relief Thursday, as the case against Sean Christian Mathis -- a 22-year-old Army airfield soldier formally accused of felony stalking the Hannah Montana star -- went to a grand jury.

Authorities said Mathis, who is charged with felony terrorist threats and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, showed up on the Tybee Island, Georgia set of Cyrus' Disney film, The Last Song, in June...

At that point, the officer said, Cyrus' body double in the film was approaching the set from a nearby pier.

Said the officer: "The same subject was walking towards her yelling, 'Hey it's Miley Cyrus, I'm going to f----- kill you!" The actress looked at the subject that was still approaching her at a quick pace...

"This Is It" Opens To Moderate Sales

Michael Jackson's documentary film "This Is It" has opened to moderate sales, thus far, in a swan song that has one wondering if this is what the singer would have wanted.

His last work that he will be remembered by, is now essentially a rehearsal video that is not even the finished product. It's hardly what an entertainer would call their best, as it is a behind the scenes view. A fly on the wall feature.

What makes it worse is Jackson looked so emaciated, skeletal and strained with his skin sporting an almost gray hue. It showcased a Jackson deep in thought, preparing for his big comeback that was cut short. It was an incomplete thought.

An unfinished, unpolished product, for a man that was a musical perfectionist, wanting to get everything just so. I do not think this is how he would want to be remembered, as a man that time, tragedy and temptation got the better of. This was not it, pardon the pun.

$20.1 million is it for 'This Is It'

October 29, 2009 | 10:54 am - Sony's unusual Wednesday launch for its Michael Jackson movie "This Is It" yielded decidedly mixed results.

The documentary sold $20.1-million worth of tickets around the world, with $7.4 million coming from the U.S. and Canada and $12.7 million from 97 foreign countries.

The United Kingdom was the biggest foreign market for "This Is It," bringing $1.9 million. France was next with $1.4 million, followed by Japan with $1.2 million, German with $1.1 million, and China with $730,000.

A small amount of the total came from night-time shows in the Western United States on Tuesday starting at 9 PM Pacific, but the vast majority is from screenings on Wednesday.

Opening movies worldwide on a Wednesday outside of summer of the holidays is extremely rare. On that basis, Sony can claim a solid launch when measured against any comparable films.

However, given the huge amounts of hype surrounding the movie and the $60 million Sony spent to make the movie, outside of its marketing costs, the opening is none too impressive...

Sony Sales Still Sinking

This greasy old gangster (Howard Stringer)

Today, vile Sony announced another massive sales decline, this time they've posted their fourth straight quarterly loss of hundreds of millions of dollars.

Everything that can go wrong with this company has and they are resorting to unsavory, inauthentic tactics to inflate and prop up their stock price that is sure to burn investors when the house of cards comes crashing down.

They've fired scores and scores of people, closed offices and factories, trimmed product lines and yet they are still hemorrhaging money. Good times.

That's what you get for being lazy losers that steal everything under the sun and see the way to financial prosperity as trying to murder off black musicians that have substantial copyrighted catalogs.

Stealing copyrights that were to benefit AIDS and Cancer patients are about as low as one can go in this life. God have mercy on your souls. This is one battle you are not going to win.
