Rihanna's chest was digitally covered, as the Judiciary Report is not in favor of lewdness. Rip off comparison courtesy of a Crave publishing website. Her forthcoming CD is also titled "Rated R" which is a rip off of a Ralph Tresvant (New Edition) title from the 1990s.

In my Copyrighted Catalog is a song titled "Russian Roulette" and it has been copyrighted for years, which predates Rihanna's rip off released yesterday. Once again, the FBI is free to check and compare the copyrights and the dates.

That hairdo is just plain wrong. But she is a butch, man fighting lesbian, so it was to be expected.

Only, the wretched, thieving beast, Rihanna, has changed some of my anti-Russian Roulette song, to make it a pro-Russian Roulette song, with an added lyric chanting "Pull the trigger." How irresponsible and grossly unethical.

Music often has a suggestive effect on people. Ms. Rihanna better hope that no one commits some act of terrible violence, suicide or murder, due to those altered, repetitive lyrics or God will punish her for it.

Her audience is young and impressionable and this is what the nasty, money grubbing, vile loser gives them in the way of entertainment. God have mercy on your soul.

I think what disgusts me the most about Rihanna is her willingness to do anything for money, like an animal raised in a cave with no morals or dignity.

She disgracefully proclaimed in an article that she loves money and thinks about it all the time and mark my words, that love of money and willingness to do anything for it, including breaking domestic and international law, is going to land her in prison and the poor house.

A group of teens that committed a grisly case of murder in Mont Vernon, N.H., were reportedly influenced by morbid, macabre, violent Hollywood music and films.

It is not the first time violent and grotesque entertainment from Hollywood inspired murder. Years ago, rock artists Metallica and Ozzy Osborne, were sued in a case where children were murdered by two people inspired by their Satanic music containing violent imagery.

The vile film "Natural Born Killers" also faced such legal scrutiny, after a couple mimicked the killing spree shown in the film.

Apple, the maker of products such as the iPhone, saw a 47% surge in profits, catapulting their sales to $1.67 billion dollars in the last quarter. While uncreative competitor, Sony Ericsson, lost over $245,000,000 dollars in the last quarter on its substandard phones.

Sony C.E.O. Howard Stringer, who currently has the Sony legal department trying to battle over 100 lawsuits in America, for the willful theft of copyrights and patents, due to their nasty habit of stealing from everyone, must be kicking himself.

Had he successfully done his usual, in ordering one of the guys from their tech department, responsible for the DRM scandal and other computer intrusion incidents, to break into Apple's security and steal the plans for the iPhone, releasing it as their own before Apple launched it, they could have criminally taken credit and payment for it.

The FBI arrested billionaire, Raj Rajaratnam, in New York, along with some of his key employees, on massive insider trading charges, in a case labeled the biggest ever of its kind.

Rajaratnam bribed employees of various conglomerates for inside company information, enabling him to make substantial sums of money on the stock market.

His name also came up in a terrorism probe, as having contributed to a charity that funneled money to the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam. Yea, so he's pretty much up a creek.

Still humiliated from national and international condemnation for their poor handling of financial regulation in the corporate sector, the SEC and FBI, have been arresting people, left, right and center all over the country.

Over the past few months, there have been several notable arrests made, on ponzi scheme charges, totaling several hundred million dollars in damages, much of which investors will never see again.

Side Bar: among the companies, Raj Rajaratnam, is accused of bribing employees for insider information is McKinsey & Company. The name rang a bell. Upon doing a search of the Judiciary Report's article archives, their name came up as the consultancy firm hired by Hillary Clinton during her failed presidential bid. We all know how much Hillary loves inside information.

Hedge Fund Chief Is Charged With Fraud

Published: October 16, 2009 - By all appearances, Raj Rajaratnam was a self-made billionaire, having built Galleon Group into a giant hedge fund with a specialty in technology companies.

But prosecutors said on Friday that he had profited not from his trading genius but from his Rolodex, and they arrested him on charges of conspiracy and securities fraud in what they called the biggest insider trading scheme ever involving a hedge fund.

In all, six people were arrested, accused by prosecutors and the Securities and Exchange Commission of earning more than $20 million from illegal trading in companies like Google, Akamai and Hilton Hotels over nearly three years...

Mr. Rajaratnam is accused of tapping a vast network of informants across a swath of corporate America: a senior official at I.B.M. considered a contender for the top job at that firm; executives of Intel and the consulting firm McKinsey & Company; two former Bear Stearns employees who had moved to a hedge fund, New Castle Partners; and an analyst at Moody’s Investors Service.

While trading secrets, though, one crucial piece of information was not shared — several of the phones were tapped.

The wiretaps were made with the help of an unnamed cooperating witness, a former Galleon employee who was said to ply Mr. Rajaratnam with information originally to land a job. The witness, who began cooperating in November 2007, has agreed to plead guilty in the hopes of receiving a lesser sentence.

“This case should serve as a wake-up call for Wall Street,” Preet Bharara, the United States attorney for the Southern District of New York, said at a news conference on Friday. He added that the investigation was continuing...
