FBI Destroyed Caylee Anthony Case Evidence

Why does the FBI keep destroying evidence in cases, which is in essence, the property of the taxpayers of America. Earlier in the year, the public found out the FBI destroyed evidence in their very shoddy anthrax case against scientist Bruce Ivins.
A few days ago, the public also found out, once again, under Robert S. Mueller’s instructions, the FBI destroyed the file of America’s most famous newsman, Walter Cronkite.
Now the public learns the FBI destroyed evidence in the case of murdered 2-year-old, Caylee Anthony. If a civilian did these things, they would be indicted for obstruction of justice and face years behind bars, yet the FBI freely does such things on a regular basis.
It doesn’t look good. It reeks of cover-ups and is very undemocratic. One expects such conduct in an autocracy, not a democracy.

Heart-Wrenching Caylee Anthony Evidence Destroyed, FBI Docs Show
September 25, 2009 1:16 PM - ORLANDO, Fla. (WKMG) It was one of the most jaw-dropping, heart-rending disclosures in the case against accused child killer Casey Anthony: that someone intentionally placed a heart-shaped sticker on the duct tape that was wrapped around her daughter Caylee's skull.
The claim was based on a fingerprint examiner at the Federal Bureau of Investigation laboratory reporting that she saw the shape or outline of a heart on the duct tape.
But Local 6 has learned no one else will ever see what that examiner saw because all traces of it were destroyed by testing at the FBI lab.
The Orange County Sheriff's Office cited that report in obtaining a search warrant for arts and crafts materials in the Anthony family home, swearing the FBI lab "noticed residue in the perfect shape of a heart. The heart was not hand drawn and residue appeared to be consistent with the adhesive side of a heart shaped sticker. It appears the sticker was put on the tape intentionally."
The search warrant was approved, and detectives recovered dozens of heart stickers and the empty backings for heart stickers from the Anthony home during the search on Dec. 20, 2008, nine days after Caylee's body was found dumped in nearby woods.
But Local 6 has obtained a report from the FBI laboratory that reveals all traces of such a shape on the duct tape were destroyed by the FBI lab during a fingerprint-testing process and no photograph of the outline of a heart was taken by the FBI before all traces of it were obliterated.
Some evidence photos have been withheld from public release, so it is not known if any other agency took photos that show an outline of a heart on the tape. But there has been no mention of other such photos in any of the discovery released so far.
Without such an image, a jury will never get to see exactly what was on the duct tape and the size of the outline of the heart cannot be exactly compared to the stickers recovered...
Local 6 left a message with FBI fingerprint analyst Fontaine, asking why she did not take a photo of the image before conducting the powder test that apparently destroyed any trace of it. The phone call has not been returned.

The story led the 11 p.m. news: Pipitone reported that the FBI had destroyed an important bit of evidence in the case against Casey Anthony. She is charged with the first-degree murder of her daughter, Caylee.
"A blunder in the case against Casey Anthony," anchor Lauren Rowe said.
Pipitone called the evidence "one of those jaw-dropping disclosures" in the case...

He had every right to call her a nasty witch, as that's just what she is in real life. She is vile, mean and nasty and loves to pay journalists to defame other people in print, which Jackson complained of. Trust me, I know as well.
She is a depraved loser that has harmed many innocent people, due to that terrible evil streak she possesses.
Anyone that can do the sick, abhorrent things listed in this lawsuit is an extremely evil person that should not be free.
Why does she get so crazy and obsessive over people that want nothing to do with her. What is her problem. Why can't she leave people alone. I've never known of anyone with as much ill-will and hatred as Madonna. She is the definition of what one would refer to as a bad person.
She is a psychotic animal, with no talent and is jealous of anyone she thinks will challenge or surpass her fraudulent pop career that is built on copyright infringement, studio vocal trickery and lies. She has no real accomplishments, as all her hits are stolen from various people. She is Hollywood's Madoff.
And who is she to be getting cocky and defensive regarding other entertainers receiving recognition for their talents, when she can’t even sing, dance or act. She’s made a career out of nudity.
When one looks at footage of Jackson practicing live on stage with no vocal trickery, the voice was smooth and clear, as he effortlessly danced. He had natural talent.
If Madonna tried that without Autotune and a host of other studio tricks, in addition to choreographed dance moves, as she cannot successfully improvise, she’d sound like a cockatoo and dance like someone getting electrocuted.

The latest terrorist bust concerning a wannabe terrorist named Zazi, stirred deep, selfless questions in my mind.
For example, seeing the product shot of the peroxide (hair bleach) he was buying to build bombs, had me selflessly thinking, you mean to tell me the stuff I use to highlight my hair is strong enough to take out buildings in explosions!

Side Bar: A couple years ago, while going on a trip outside the country, U.S. Customs in Florida told me I could not carry my make-up foundation on the plane, unless it was in a Ziploc bag, otherwise I'd have to leave it with them.
I was like "ha" you expect me to "go without foundation for the next five days." I looked at him like he was the anti-Christ. I was ready to have the man institutionalized. However, a nice lady in the line next to me, faced with the same dilemma, had brought a few Ziploc bags and gave one to me.
The government is busy putting out Amber alerts for terrorists, skirting the real issues in not putting out Amber alerts telling women make-up foundation must be placed in Ziploc bags.
Feds: Suspect hit beauty stores for bomb supplies
NEW YORK — An Afghan immigrant who received explosives training from al-Qaida went from one beauty supply store to another, buying up large quantities of hydrogen peroxide and nail-polish remover, in a chilling plot to build bombs for attacks on U.S. soil, authorities charged Thursday.
Najibullah Zazi, a 24-year-old shuttle driver at the Denver airport, was indicted in New York on charges of conspiracy to use weapons of mass destruction. Investigators found bomb-making instructions on his computer's hard drive and said Zazi used a hotel room in Colorado to try to cook up explosives a few weeks ago before a trip to New York.
The extent of Zazi's ties to al-Qaida was unclear, but if the allegations prove true, this could be the first operating al-Qaida cell to be uncovered inside the U.S. since the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks. Over the past few days, talk of the possible plot set off the most intense flurry of national terrorism warnings since the aftermath of 9/11...

Actually, she went to her obstetrician for a routine check up during her pregnancy and found out she was pregnant again. Therefore, that's two babies, who are not twins, conceived two and a half weeks apart. Amazing.

A pregnant Arkansas woman was shocked when she went in for a routine ultrasound and learned that she was pregnant yet again. She has two growing fetuses in her belly, yet the babies aren't twins. Doctors say she got pregnant twice. One baby was conceived two and a half weeks before the other...
How often does this happen?
"It's so rare there's no prevalence or incidence in the literature," Boyle told "GMA." "I could only find about 10 reported cases."
Boyle added that the most recent case occurred in England, and both babies were healthy at delivery. In earlier cases, there were some complications with one of the babies being born prematurely, but Boyle is hopeful everything will go smoothly for this woman in Arkansas.

Since the beginning of her career, Carey has been sued by many people for stealing copyrights. She was sued for stealing music by veteran artists such as Earth, Wind and Fire and The Emotions. She was also sued by several song writers, producers and newer artists.
Thus far, Carey has stolen several of her hits such as "Hero" "Emotions" "Make It Happen" "Can't Let Go" "Thank God I Found You" and a few of the tracks from her last tepid album "E=MC2."
She was even heard on a work tape in the studio, subpoenaed by the court in one of the infringement cases, telling her producer to add something to the song she was recording that she wished to discreetly steal from a preexisting George Michael hit tune.

I've also found preexisting copyrighted lyrics from the Copyrighted Catalog strewn throughout her last album "E=MC2." That was fraud, grand theft larceny and criminal copyright infringement. Mottola pocketed the lion's share of the money, whilst Career was given the false appearance of having the most successful female recording career of all time.
The truth is Whitney Houston, Barbara Streisand and Patti Page are the most successful female artists of all time, on different levels, based on number one singles, number one albums, domestic sales and international sales.

Due to artists like Mariah Carey, Madonna and Jay-Z, who've all been outed employing chart rigging scams, payola and fraud at retail outlets to inflate the number of records sold, the history books and Guinness World Records, have been severely tainted.
The Guinness World Records have unintentionally been rendered inaccurate, where the three aforementioned artists make undeserved appearances in said books, due to fraud.
Don't laugh, as Jay-Z, an rapper busted by Soundscan for paying retailers to run each of his CDs through the register three times to inflate his sales, has now inconceivably surpassed, Elvis Presley, a real artist, for the most number one albums in history by a solo act, which is despicable.
Jay-Z has not even sold half the number of records he is fraudulently claiming and thus did not truly go to number one on the charts each time he claimed, yet has taken the world record from actual musicians, such as Elvis Presley and separately, challenging the Beatles' world book record, who've respectively sold a few hundred million records.

The aforementioned three artists have robbed other musical acts such as Elvis Presley, Michael Jackson, The Beatles, Aretha Franklin and Barbara Streisand, of various musical feats in the history books, through sheer fraud and bribery.
It is my hope that one day the Guinness World Books will be corrected to reflect the truth. Something tells me it will be.

September 17, 2009 ...Jay-Z's The Blueprint 3 has topped the Billboard Top 200 Albums chart in its debut week selling 475,000 copies...
The latest No. 1 from Jay-Z will also make him surpass Elvis Presley for having the most No. 1 albums. Jay-Z's previous release American Gangster, released November 6th, 2007, hit No. 1 making him tie with the King having the most No. 1 albums in Billboard history.
However, Jay-Z may have passed Elvis but he will need to release 8 more No. 1 albums in order to be the real king of No. 1's, The Beatles having 19 No. 1 albums.
