The Quaids Arrested

Randi And Evi Quaid

This is a follow up to the September 1, 2009 article titled "Couple Hire Private Investigator To Harass" regarding the Quaids, hiring a private investigator, Becky Altringer, to harass, threaten and abuse innocent people.

She refused and quit, with them owing her money, but was threatened by the couple, who stated they would send thugs to her home to burglarize it, Anthony Pellicano style and remove items from her computer. More typical Hollywood misconduct regarding burglary and computers.

Yesterday, Randy and Evil, oops, I mean Evi Quaid, were arrested on three felony charges of burglary, conspiracy and defrauding an innkeeper, regarding a hotel, in a practice they have repeatedly engaged in.

I'm sure the Federal government was not amused with the Quaids, regarding items that surfaced in Becky Altringer restraining order this month, including the tidbit that Anthony Pellicano is still offering his criminal services from prison, after being convicted on over 110 counts of wiretapping, harassment, racketeering and identity theft.

Not to mention, a man I accused of engaging in misconduct with Madonna, private investigator, Gavin DeBecker, is listed in said restraining order, in unsavory conduct as well. They clearly didn't learn their lesson with the Pellicano case.

Some Hollywood stars have too much time and money on their hands and need to be imprisoned and hit with massive federal fines, wiping them out.

They need to learn to obey the law, like other members of society. Instead of being thankful for the opportunity to work in the entertainment field, some stars get cocky and arrogant, behaving like degenerates and becoming public nuisances, committing crimes against innocent people.

Colonel Gadhafi's Tent Dismantled

Video: Tent Erected for Gadhafi Visit Dismantled - The Associated Press

The tony city of Bedford, New York, is not happy with the visit of Libyan leader, Colonel Gadhafi, who is in America for talks at the United Nations.

Mr. Gadhafi pitched his tent at a luxury property in Bedford, but via a permit technicality, locals showed their displeasure at his presence, forcing it to be dismantled.

The cold reception is due to his government's handling of the Lockerbie bombing that occurred in the 1980's, on an airliner over Scotland in the United Kingdom.

Many Americans died on that flight, correctly labeled an act of terrorism against innocent civilians. Recently, President Barack Obama slammed the release of the Lockerbie bomber.

FBI Blames NYPD For Botched Terror Bust

Video: Complaint: NYPD Misstepped in Terror Probe - The Associated Press

The FBI is blaming the New York Police Department for a poorly handled terrorism bust, which forced the Bureau to move in on a group of suspects, earlier in their timeline than scheduled.

FBI Director Robert Mueller and Senator Patrick Leahy

It is being claimed, the NYPD questioned an Imam, who was a Muslim informant and he tipped off the main suspect, who tried to flee, forcing the FBI to raid residences in New York, sooner than planned.

Najibullah Zazi

The Judiciary Report would like to know, why the FBI had alleged terror plotters roaming around among civilians, for such a long period of time, before arresting them.

What if their alleged plan had deviated and a lone surveillance target initiated a bombing on his own, wiping out scores of innocent people. What would you have told the public, then.

Najibullah Zazi

These investigations are very poorly handled and pose a great danger to the public. The FBI is playing with fire using behavioral scientists and analysts to guess what these alleged criminals will do next.

There is no perfect science to guessing the minds of crazy people. They are ruled by impulses that often go beyond the realm and understanding of socio-science.

Side Bar: there was a news report stating Zazi and co. planned to blow up fashion week. The Judiciary Report speaks for women everywhere in stating, Zazi should get life in prison without the possibility of parole, for plotting to blow up all those designer clothes. What was he thinking! Acts of terrorism against designer clothes will not be tolerated.
