Obama Gives Ted Kennedy Eulogy

U.S. President Barack Obama, gave a warm eulogy at the funeral of the late senator, Ted Kennedy. He is the last of the Kennedy brothers, which included former President, John F. Kennedy and senator Robert F. Kennedy. Last year, Ted Kennedy loaned his support to the Obama presidential campaign.

FBI Sued In Madonna Case

FBI Director Robert S. Mueller

FBI Director Robert S. Mueller, the FBI and DOJ, have been sued in the Madonna human rights abuse case, under the Freedom of Information Act and the Civil Rights Act. To read the lawsuit click here.

Be sure to read the parts about her famous producers, friends, associates, staff members and Kabbalah members, contacting and approaching me on her behalf and the part about Kabbalah member Russell Davies' sick misconduct in conjunction with her (press ctrl F and then type in his name Russell Davies). I will post a summary of the lawsuit shortly.

During the George W. Bush administration, I filed a Freedom of Information Act request with the FBI. First they lied in writing and stated there were no files. Then, when I pressed the issue some more with a written "appeal" of their decision, they stated in writing there are files and they are withholding them and I'd have to sue them to get it, so I did today.

The FBI has been withholding thousands of pages in files relating to the case and other items concerning me, in violation of the Freedom of Information Act.

Madonna

When Obama ran for President, he promised "Change" in America. He also promised "transparency" in government, something that was sorely lacking during the Bush years.

Therefore, it is in this vein that I filed the lawsuit. A rough draft of the lawsuit, along with a polite, respectful letter was sent to Obama on July 15. 2009, which the U.S. Postal Service confirms the White House has received.

It was a last resort, as Madonna's conduct is endangering my very life, as the lawsuit details and the FBI's criminal negligence and cover-up thereof, has caused me extensive damage as well. Madonna, through her staff, famous producers, associates and friends, keeps contacting me and harassing me.

Marcia G. Cook (center)

As many of you know, I sued Madonna/Sony in 2005 and the case was corrupted by her. It was thrown out without being read, by Miami Judge and George W. Bush appointee, Marcia G. Cook (the magistrate judge was Stephen Brown).

She is the same judge that violated the Constitution to aid Bush, who for the first time in U.S. history, held a man in prison for years, without charging him for a crime. 400 years of painstaking law was thrown out the window, marking a profound low in the Judiciary's history.

Cook further stated the case, which involved assault and death threats against me was, "Amusing." Yes, really. That's the word she inexcusably used in her ruling, while stating pop stars could not have broken the law. She reminds me of verbally abusive, Judge Kent, who was recently impeached.

She threw it out, clearly without reading it, the same day she received it, according to the court's case transfer sheet. My case was not the only one she had that day, as she had dozens. Therefore, she could not have possibly read the 60 pages of the lawsuit, 200 pages of evidence exhibits and Gigabytes of comparative data illustrating infringements.

In short, she committed fraud. People do not pay their taxes and court filing fees, for their cases not to be read and reviewed correctly. That spits in the taxpayers faces, who pay judges salaries and is a violation of the judicial canons.

She also stated something in her ruling, that was riddled with misspellings and misapplied law, that I was instructed to cut the case down to 50 pages, when I was told to cut it down to "60 pages" by her colleague, who was the judge that had the case first, Cecilia Altonaga.

Cecilia Altonaga

Madonna and her cohorts kept stealing items from my preexisting Copyrighted Catalog and Altonaga ignored the motion for an injunction to bar her from stealing anything else, which I thought was strange.

Then, she and the Defendants called me into court for a hearing in December 2005, where she basically treated me the victim, like a criminal and the lawbreaking Defendants' lawyers, like royalty.

She even sarcastically told me to "Try state court" which is absolutely the wrong venue for a copyright case, as copyrights pertain to federal law and federal court. I've seen other copyright cases dismissed from state court with the court stating it is the wrong venue. I can't imagine as a judge, Altonaga did not know this. I politely requested in a motion that she recuse herself.

She was acting in the Defendants' best financial interest, not in the interest of justice and truth. Turns out, Altonaga's child had been given stock in the Defendants' company (Sony) and her husband works for the law firm, Holland and Knight as a partner and Sony is one of their biggest clients. That's a multi-million dollar account. So they put food on her table and as such, she ruled in their favor.

R. Allen Stanford was arrested a few months ago for running a ponzi scheme

It's this same sort of thing that allowed R. Allen Stanford to win a case in Miami he should not have. It's a shame, as had integrity prevailed in the case years ago, when a man formally sued and accused him in court, of running a ponzi scheme, providing proof thereof, investors in America, Britain and the Caribbean, would have saved billions of their hardearned life savings.

This year it was revealed, the FBI also knew since 1998, what Stanford was doing in running a ponzi scheme, but kept silent, allowing it to continue, instead of arresting him and stopping the financial damages a decade ago, which grew to terrible proportions over the last 10 years.

The case against Stanford was dismissed and the innocent, truth telling Plaintiff, was ordered to pay that crook Stanford $300,000 in court costs and damages. Talk about corrupt. Read about it by clicking here. Stanford's chief financial officer has now pled guilty, disclosing their criminal misconduct.

As stated above, Obama promised "change" and "transparency" in government. So, let's see if things have changed regarding the government, court system and corporate America or if my rights will be corruptly violated again in court.

It will also be a bellwether to you, the business owner and the domestic/global investor, as to the true state of things in the corporate and court sector.

I filed the case in the appropriate jurisdiction, under the appropriate laws, it is formatted according to the rules of federal procedure and I have successful proved access and misconduct that are a proximate cause of the clear cut damages I sustained.

The case has been assigned to judge Jose Martinez. However, the magistrate judge providing oversight, is the same one from the 2005 Madonna case, judge Stephen Brown (18 magistrate judges and I get the same one again). However, once again, I'm going to act in good faith.

I will post all the details of the case as it transpires, every single aspect, on the Judiciary Report and its affiliated sites. I'm also asking you to forward the lawsuit link to as many people as possible, to create awareness about the case.

The more people that know about it, the less inclined those Hollywood Kabbalah loons should be, in continuing to harass and terrorize me.

Obama's Internet Bill

U.S. President Barack Obama and his cabinet, have authored an internet bill that would give them unprecedented control over cyberspace - namely the ability to kick users off the internet for misconduct.

The bill would give the President the ability to disconnect government and private networks in an instant. This news is not going down well in the private sector that views the bill as too broad and wide ranging.

Cybersecurity bill proposes giving government agency broad power during attacks

Aug 28, 2009 - A Senate bill introduced earlier this year and still under consideration would give the president the power to shut down and disconnect any government or private computer network or system that is compromised by a cyberattack.

Meanwhile, a revised version of the bill still includes the presidential powers provision, despite protests from Internet companies and technology organizations, according to a report today on CNET...

“From American telecommunications to the power grid, virtually anything networked to some other computer is potentially fair game to [President Barack] Obama to exercise ‘emergency powers,’ " Crews said...

The bill, S. 773, was introduced by Sen. Jay Rockefeller (D-W.Va.). The measure was referred to the Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee in April.

One section of the bill says the president “may order the disconnection of any federal government or United States critical infrastructure information systems or networks in the interest of national security.” ...

Lost Chance To Find Former Missing Girl

Video: Police Missed Opportunity to Find Girl in 2006 - The Associated Press

Nancy Garrido, 54 and her husband, Phillip Garrdio, 58, a man previously convicted of kidnapping and sexual assault, clearly was not a changed man, after being incarcerated and released on probation, serving a paltry sentence. He went right back to his old, devious ways.

Garrido, with the help of his wife, kidnapped 11-year-old Jaycee Lee Dugard in 1991. This week, while on probation, his sick misconduct was uncovered.

Not only had Garrido held the young girl captive in his backyard shed for years, he sexually assaulted her, fathering two children with her. That poor girl. The psychological horror she must have endured. Some people can be so evil.

Garrdio and his wife have now been indicted on 29 counts in relation to this heinous series of crimes against Dugard, who is now 29-years-old. They deserve life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Kabbalah DJ Found Dead

DJ AM (photo credit: New York Times)

Kabbalah member, DJ AM, was found dead in his New York apartment yesterday. DJ AM, real name, Adam Goldstein, survived a plane crash last year that killed four people.

A friend went to check on him, after not hearing from Goldstein for a few days. When he received no response from knocking on his door, his friend called the police.

The police then contacted the fire department, requesting they breakdown his apartment door. Goldstein was found dead, laying face down in bed. A crackpipe and prescription medication were found in his apartment.

In the weeks before his passing, Goldstein began work on an MTV special aimed at cleaning up drug addicts. He professed he was 9-years sober, but clearly relapsed.

Side Bar: didn't the site just go over this two days ago, with the death of Kabbalah member Michael Jackson, warning that another Kabbalah member, Britney Spears, engaging in similarly reckless conduct, is eligible for an overdose. Not to mention the Heath Ledger article last year. Celebrities often fail to learn from others mistakes.

Side Bar #2: As a poster on TMZ's feedback section noted last night, thus far, this summer alone, there have been a number of celebrity deaths: Ed McMahon, Farrah Fawcett, Michael Jackson, Billy Mays, Jasmine Fiore, Oscar Mayer Jr, John Hughes, Eunice Shriver, Ted Kennedy, Walter Cronkite, Steve McNair, David Carridine, Dominique Dunne, Karl Malden, Gale Storm, Sky Saxon and Fred Travalena.

DJ AM, Star Disc Jockey, Found Dead

Published: August 28, 2009 - DJ AM, a high-profile disc jockey who was as famous for his much-chronicled relationships as he was for his creative scratching and mixing on the celebrity club circuit, was found dead on Friday evening in his apartment in Manhattan, the police said.

The police said his body was found in his seventh-floor apartment in SoHo about 5:30 p.m. after friends had tried unsuccessfully to reach him for days. The chief police spokesman, Paul J. Browne, said the police did not suspect foul play.

DJ AM, 36, whose real name was Adam Goldstein, was discovered face-down in his bed wearing only sweatpants, with a crack pipe and unspecified prescription drugs nearby, an official said.

Emergency workers had to break down the door to get in after one of the friends who had been trying to reach Mr. Goldstein called 911 on Friday.

In an interview with The New York Times in 2007, Mr. Goldstein said he drank heavily, used cocaine and smoked crack in his early 20s, reaching his lowest point when he attempted suicide in 1997. But he also said he had cleaned up his life — including having gastric bypass surgery after his weight ballooned to 324 pounds — and had managed to stay sober for nine years...

In October, The Associated Press reported, MTV was to begin his new reality show, “Gone Too Far,” in which he and concerned families staged interventions for drug abusers...

Lindsay Lohan Moves Out Of Rented Home

Lindsay Lohan

Kabbalah member Lindsay Lohan has moved out of her modest, rented, Hollywood Hills home, after many complaints from her neighbors that want her out of the neighborhood, due to her penchant for trouble, stealing and creating paparazzi madness for attention, in attempting to revive her failed career as an actress.

The most recent and convenient break-in to Lindsay's rented residence, saw the theft of designer clothes, shoes, watches, jewelry she owned and some she stole, in addition to the pilfering of $2,000,000 in borrowed jewels from XIV Karats of Beverly Hills.

What a coincidence the burglary happened right after jewelry company, XIV Karats, began demanding the return of the $2,000,000 in jewelry they loaned her. She doesn't even have $2,000,000.You guys are brave. Most people wouldn't even loan Lindsay Lohan a paper cup.

If you loan Lindsay Lohan something and you actually get it back, expect it to be returned with cigarette and crackpipe burns. She'll probably send your jewelry to one of those cash for gold companies or take it to the pawn shop.

In related news, Lindsay her fellow lesbian, drug addled, alcoholic girlfriend, DJ Samantha Ronson, have moved from their respective residences in the Hollywood Hills.

The pathetic fact of the matter is, Lohan has been stealing everything in sight, which is the Kabbalah way, to fund her lavish lifestyle, due to the fact her career has dried up.

She was once a millionaire, after starring in a few films, carried by other stars, but is now bankrupt, because of her expensive tastes.

She was spending over $100,000 per month on designer clothes, when most sought after stars get them for free.

She spent over $10,000 per month on hairstyling and extensions, partly due to the fact, anorexia has taken out her hair. She also has a very expensive drug habit, costing her hundreds of dollars per day. Not exact smart financial planning.

Then, there is her stage mother, Dina Lohan, who was living lavishly as well, courtesy of exploiting her daughter, rather than getting her help.

Posted on Aug 27, 2009 @ 05:32PM - Samantha Ronson is leaving her Hollywood Hills home not because of her on-off girlfriend’s Lindsay Lohan but because she feels ‘daunted’ by the paparazzi’s 24/7 ‘constant attention’, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.

Mariah Carey Massacred Foreigner Song

"I Wanna Know What Love Is" Destroyed

Mariah Carey

Crazy, psych ward graduate, Mariah Carey, did an awful remake of the 1984 gospel-styled, Foreigner classic "I Wanna Know What Love Is." Carey deliberately leaked the remake to the internet yesterday and it is awful. I knew she would destroy and ruin the song.

Mick Jones, the British lead singer of Foreigner, who coincidentally wrote the tune, did it a million times better. When one writes such an instant classic, it is best to deny remake requests. Right now, I'm trying to forget Carey's awful rendition, lest it ruin my memory of the song.

Carey's deteriorating voice is on dull display, showcasing the fall from the heights of pop stardom, it once occupied. Carey's voice, much like at Michael Jackson's memorial last month, is audibly cracking, whimpering and wobbling.

She had to apologize to audiences the next day, blaming her terrible performance on being emotional over Jackson's death. What's she going to blame it on this time - the death of the Foreigner classic she killed. She is to this song what Dr. Conrad Murray is to Michael Jackson - musical Propofol.

The 1998 remake of "I Wanna Know What Love Is" by Carey's then Sony labelmate, Tina Arena, is better than this version, though still not as good as the original.

If one is going to do a remake, one should ensure it is as good as or better than the original. Turning in sub-par remakes only angers audiences. If you are not going to bring something new to the table, other than your over-inflated ego, don't bother showing up.

How is it Sony's Whitney Houston smoked enough drugs to clear poppy fields in the Middle East, yet still sounds better than Carey, even with weak songs and few of which are unoriginal and devalued (i.e. Houston's new song "Salute").

What happened to Carey's voice. Something went haywire with it in the mid 90's and it never came back. It appears to be a natural occurrence, but one that transpired decades earlier than normal for a singer, if at all.
