Marijuana, Tar Heroin and bleaching cream, in addition to vast quantities of prescription meds, were found in the room of deceased pop star, Michael Jackson. This explains so much. In many of Michael's interviews, he often looked way too mellow, like he was moving in slow motion. I did wonder if he dabbled in narcotics, but it really didn't seem appropriate to write it, but since the cat's out the bag...

The sheer number of prescription meds he was taking, illustrated his addiction and that he was looking for relief and escape from something troubling him.

His name was so sullied in the press, due to the child molestation accusations, which I didn't believe, but some did and really tore him to pieces in the press over it. That had to have destroyed him emotionally and I think drugs was his way of making the pain seem distant each day. It is clear, he could not deal with being Michael Jackson, anymore.

Sadly, it claimed his life, as the coroner's report released today, officially ruled his tragic death a homocide, due to "acute Propofol intoxication." It also states multiple sedatives played a contributory effect. In short, Propofol is dangerous outside of a hospital setting and mixing prescriptions meds, can lead to an overdose.

Michael Jackson Coroner Report -- HOMICIDE

Posted Aug 28th 2009 2:34PM - The L.A. County Coroner has just officially announced the cause of Michael Jackson's death -- Acute Propofol intoxication.

The report says "other conditions contributing to death: Benzodiazepine effect." Benzodiazepines are a group of drugs (see below) used to treat anxiety and insomnia.

The manner of death is ruled: "HOMICIDE." The Coroner did not release the full autopsy report -- just a press notice. It goes on:

The drugs PROPOFOL and LORAZEPAM (Ativan) were found to be the primary drugs responsible for Mr. Jackson's death.

Other drugs detected were: Midazolam (Versed), Diazepam (Valium), Lidocaine (topical anesthetic) and Ephedrine (used to treat hypotension associated with anesthesia)...

UPDATED: Unsealed Michael Jackson Search Warrants Reveal Drugs At Home

FIRST PUBLISHED: August 27, 2009 6:23 PM EDT - Search warrants in the Michael Jackson death investigation, which were unsealed on Thursday, have revealed that drugs including marijuana and a host of prescriptions were found at the late singer’s rented Los Angeles home.

According to the released documents, authorities recovered two different portions of marijuana, one weighing 14.89 gg and another weighing 11.40 gg, both in bags. In addition, paraphernalia often used to roll marijuana was also found, including cigarette papers and two empty cigarette packs, the Los Angeles Police Department Property Report revealed. It was not clear where in the home the other items were uncovered.

Other items recovered according to the property report included pill bottles containing Temazepan, which according to drugs.com, can be prescribed for sleeplessness; a tube containing Benoquin ointment – a prescription generally used to treat Vitiligo; a bottle containing Valisone ointment, which can be used for skin problems; a box of Nystatin, an anti-fungal medication, and Triamcinolone ointment – a steroid for inflammation, allergic disorders and skin conditions, and vials of Latanoprost, which is aimed at reducing pressure in the eye...

Chris Brown Being Investigated Again

Sony artist Chris Brown is under investigation again, for violating the terms of his probation, which a judge just issued this week. He went out partying in a club, the very same night the order was decreed in court, in a venue whose primary business is alcohol, but that wasn't the only problem.

Brown is 20, which makes him too young to be in a club that serves alcohol and thus, he has violated the terms of his probation. It only took him about 5 hours to violate it. Keep this up, Chris and you'll be in prison in no time.

Is there a type of rehab for thieves, as Lindsay Lohan is at it again. She's stolen copyrights, clothes, shoes and jewelry. Recently, in a very embarrassing incident, the police were called in London, England, over the one time actress stealing $500,000 worth of jewelry from an Elle magazine photo shoot, which the publication borrowed from a renowned designer.

According to Radar Online, another jewelry store, XIV Karats in Beverly Hills, has denounced Lindsay's thievery, stating she borrowed $2,000,000 in jewelry and refuses to return it.

Considering her track record, lending her anything was a risky proposition. She is a full-fledged, unreformed drug addict that's blown almost all her money. If you lend Lindsay anything of value, it is going to end up in a pawn shop, going for far less than it is worth.

She is going around the industry offering sex for favors and roles, as the studios do not want to work with her, due to the fact she takes no pride in her work, is unprofessional and a psychotic Kabbalah kleptomaniac, stealing from everyone, left, right and center.

Some establishments need assistance in determining what is good publicity, as merely having a notable name does not spell credibility with audiences. Having Lindsay Lohan and certain other fallen stars wearing your product, is not a good endorsement, as due to their behavior, it devalues the brand. Once again, not all publicity is good publicity. It's a risky association you don't want the public making.

Obama's Economy

The Wall Street Journal published a video, going over some of the talking points of the economic crisis, such as the role former President Bush played in creating it and the part President Obama currently holds.

The Journal expressed something I've asserted as well. The fact President Obama inherited an economy in severe decline, does not mean history will exempt him for blame, if he fails to curb its descent, by reining in spending.

As I've stated before, increased spending poses a threat to Obama's legacy, if his plans do not pan out. Reformation in the form of cost cuts, wherever they can be made, is critical to national recovery.

The Constitution guarantees Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Press, yet the Defense Department, is behaving in a manner contrary to the law of the land.

What is the Defense Department going to do about the many thousand reporters around the world writing about the wars in the Middle East in a very unflattering manner? Are people supposed to be happy and cheerful at the fact civilians and soldiers are dying for wars many do not understand or support.

Files prove Pentagon is profiling reporters

Thursday, August 27, 2009 - WASHINGTON — Contrary to the insistence of Pentagon officials this week that they are not rating the work of reporters covering U.S. forces in Afghanistan, Stars and Stripes has obtained documents that prove that reporters’ coverage is being graded as “positive,” “neutral” or “negative.”

Moreover, the documents — recent confidential profiles of the work of individual reporters prepared by a Pentagon contractor — indicate that the ratings are intended to help Pentagon image-makers manipulate the types of stories that reporters produce while they are embedded with U.S. troops in Afghanistan.

This pie chart was extracted from a report by The Rendon Group, evaluating the focus of coverage by a reporter for a major U.S. newspaper. It indicates the firm’s conclusion that the reporter’s coverage was 83.33 percent neutral and 16.67 percent negative in relation to the military’s mission objectives.

One reporter on the staff of one of America’s pre-eminent newspapers is rated in a Pentagon report as “neutral to positive” in his coverage of the U.S. military. Any negative stories he writes “could possibly be neutralized” by feeding him mitigating quotes from military officials.

Another reporter, from a TV station, provides coverage from a “subjective angle,” according to his Pentagon profile. Steering him toward covering “the positive work of a successful operation” could “result in favorable coverage.”

The new revelations of the Pentagon’s attempts to shape war coverage come as senior Defense Department officials are acknowledging increasing concern over recent opinion polls showing declining popular American support for the Afghan war...

“These ground rules recognize the inherent right of the media to cover combat operations and are in no way intended to prevent release of embarrassing, negative or derogatory information,” reads the “News Media Ground Rules” issued by U.S. military officials for embedded reporters in Iraq.

Several professional journalists’ groups as well as media ethicists criticized the Pentagon’s attempts to rate and manipulate reporters. And at least one military official with knowledge of the profiling system has also begun to raise objections.

“It’s troubling that the military is contracting a private PR firm, paid with U.S. taxpayer dollars, to profile individual reporters,” said one servicemember who declined to be identified for fear of official retribution. “It shows utter contempt for the Constitution, which we in the service pledge our lives to defend.”

FBI Blogger Called For Lynching Of Black Woman

White Supremacist, FBI Blogger, Hal Turner, who was a paid informant of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, openly called for the lynching of a former black congresswoman, Cynthia McKinney.

He referred to her as, "A violent, black, racist, bi**h’ whose lynching would teach other Blacks that ‘white people are tired of your bull***t, behave or die.’" Yes, he did.

Turner was on the FBI's payroll, under FBI Director Robert S. Mueller's supervision, while he spewed this racist bile, endangering her life.

Is this what the FBI thinks of black people - that we can be endangered to make arrests in order to extract more funding from Congress, via taxpayer money, which gets stolen, anyway (For reference, see millions in missing computer system money).

It is so appalling and irresponsible. Who in their right mind could think such a thing was a good idea. Does the FBI have no oversight!

How does the FBI justify this appalling conduct, from a man they trained to incite violence, as court documents attest, to enable them to meet headquarters' arrest quotas, also known as entrapment.

It wasn't until he called for the death of white judges that the FBI finally decided to arrest their own paid informant. Too bad you can't get a refund.

However, that's very telling. What a terrible double standard, as every life is valuable. What if someone publicly put a target on FBI Director Robert Mueller's back or that of his kids and grandkids, calling for their deaths online and on the radio. He would be angry.

He would have been so enraged and locked them up immediately. However, in his mind, it is okay for a paid FBI informant to call for the death of a black member of the U.S. Congress, with no penalty and not so much as a word from the FBI.

That's called corruption. You endangered her very life in allowing him to do such a thing. What if someone had killed McKinney? What would the FBI have said. Once again, irresponsible!

Upon learning of this news, when Turner was arrested recently, McKinney stated, "“[I]t has just now come to my attention that a ‘journalist’ who suggested that I be lynched was actually being paid by our own government to say that. Now, when I reported it to the FBI, how in the world was I to know that he was at that time on the FBI’s payroll?”

“Hate blogger” Hal Turner’s lawyer said last week, and prosecutors agreed, that Turner was “trained by the FBI on how to be deliberately provocative” and “worked for the FBI from 2002 to 2007 as an ‘agent provocateur’ and was taught by the agency ‘what he could say that wouldn’t be crossing the line.’”

Turner is being charged with making death threats against Connecticut legislators and Illinois judges and is apparently going to claim that his actions were legal because he did the same sort of thing when employed by the FBI. In an Associated Press story published Aug. 18, Katie Nelson writes:

“Prosecutors have acknowledged that Turner was an informant who spied on radical right-wing organizations, but the defense has said Turner was not working for the FBI when he allegedly made threats against Connecticut legislators and wrote that three federal judges in Illinois deserved to die.

“‘But if you compare anything that he did say when he was operating, there was no difference. No difference whatsoever,’ [his lawyer] said.”...

McKinney wrote in her email: “Interesting that charges stem from his comments against Connecticut lawmakers and Illinois judges, but not from the threat made against me, a sitting Member of Congress at the time!” And apparently the threat against McKinney was made when Turner admits to having been on the FBI payroll.

John Judge, who worked for McKinney, writes of Turner:

“This is the guy who announced a program topic suggesting that Cynthia McKinney be lynched on her way to the polls to vote in 2006 and published her campaign office address on the website. He asked how she would look swinging at the end of a rope and what message it would send to other ‘uppity’ Blacks. I called NJ Homeland Security and FBI at the time …. The FBI agent I spoke to said, ‘We know all about Mr. Turner.’ Looks like they did.”

I'm sure some of his fleeced investors developed an irregular heartbeat and elevated pulse as well, when they learned he stole their life savings, squandering it on living lavishly.

HOUSTON — Texas financier R. Allen Stanford, jailed on charges of bilking investors out of $7 billion, was hospitalized Thursday with an irregular heartbeat and high pulse, just hours before his ex-finance chief became the first person to plead guilty in the case.

Stanford was set to appear in a Houston federal courtroom for a hearing on whether he can get a new attorney. His current lawyer, Dick DeGuerin, has asked for permission to quit the case because he doesn't have assurances he will be paid. DeGuerin said he didn't know what Stanford's medical condition was.

In the same courtroom, Stanford's former chief financial officer, James M. Davis, pleaded guilty Thursday to three counts: conspiracy to commit mail, wire and securities fraud; mail fraud; and conspiracy to obstruct a Securities and Exchange Commission investigation.

"I did wrong. I'm sorry. I apologize. I take responsibility for my actions," Davis, 60, said as he left the federal courthouse after his hearing.

Davis' attorney David Finn said his client has been cooperating with prosecutors for the last six months and the guilty plea is part of a deal with the Justice Department in exchange for a possible reduced sentence.

Davis faces up to 30 years in prison when he is sentenced. While a sentencing date of Nov. 20 was set, Finn said he believes that will be delayed.

As part of his plea agreement, Davis was also ordered to forfeit $1 billion in proceeds he made from his illegal actions...

Indeed, as TMZ ran a cocky poll believing everyone adored Brad and thus he could say and do anything he wanted and get away with it.

Usher's Divorce Is Not Final

All the people that grew excited over items on the internet implying Sony singer Usher, has divorced his wife, Tameka Foster, in a legal action that was finalized, were gleeful in vain, as a spokesperson for her has denied the story.

Some state Usher had a prenuptial agreement, giving his wife very little. However, as she has acquired very expensive tastes during their marriage, I question whether she will walk away with very little. She might even break her word and challenge this so-called prenup people are referring to, in order to maintain a lavish lifestyle in Atlanta.

She currently lives in a $4 million dollar property he purchased at her insistence. She also treated herself to expensive jewels, designer clothes and lavish parties.

For her to give that up cold turkey, would be surprising and as such, I think she would hold out for as much of his money as possible.

Their marriage has been a relatively short one and Tameka certainly did not contribute to his success. However, she did have a serious hand in the downfall of his career and the massive sales decline that accompanied it.

Therefore, she cannot use the argument in court wives sometimes do, stating they helped their husbands' careers.

Some women actually do help their husbands' careers, but sadly for Usher, Tameka cost him a lot of money via lost revenue. He was at the top of the charts when they began openly dating and less than a year into the marriage, his career hit the skids.

In other news, Tameka continues to blame her woes in the black community, on being a dark skinned black woman, which is completely untrue. Dark skinned black women such as Iman and Jessica White are gorgeous, well liked and have successful, high profile careers.

People did not take to Tameka, because she fought Usher's mother, audience, staff and publicists, to name a few. They viewed her as a villain and an avarice, with a criminal record for financial fraud, who was out to get Usher's money.

Usher too has consistently made many poor choices. Taking up with a married woman, Tameka, was one of them. He also insulted his fans for her.

Not to mention, he joined Kabbalah, a sick cult that has destroyed the career, sanity and personal lives of its members. For further reference see Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, Mischa Barton, Britney Spears, Chris Brown and Rihanna, who've all experienced brushes with the law and bouts of insanity since joining.

Side Bar: with his career hitting the skids, very little money coming in, his restaurant/wine bar closing after failing, a few mortgages on multi-million dollar mansions, taxes, insurance, maintenance fees, staff, several car notes and a taste for very expensive clothes and shoes, plus this divorce settlement to Tameka looming, how is Usher going to pay for all this.

Obama Seeks Promo Assistance From Docs

U.S. President Barack Obama has been urging doctors to promote his health care initiatives, which have come under intense scrutiny from conservatives, due to the price tag.

I am of the belief, President Obama's first step should be health care reform, in reducing costs as much as possible, across the board, from pharmaceutical companies to hospitals to doctors to insurance companies.

The problem is there are well funded entities in America that like things the way they are, in the currently broken system, because they are making a fortune from overcharging everyday people.

Drug companies often cannot justify the expensive prices of their products. However, as they are in a sense, holding sick people ransom, in exchange for massive revenues, they are allowed to name their price.

Another area of significant cost is hospital imaging (MRIs, CT Scans, EMGs, EKGs). I speak from experience.

For technology that has been around for some time, it is still very expensive. The government would do well to find a way to alleviate costs associated with imaging, which would save paying patients, Medicare and Medicaid significant sums of money.

Obama asks docs to promote health care fix

WASHINGTON — The White House is asking doctors to help promote its drive to overhaul health care, marking an effort by President Barack Obama to regain momentum on the issue.

White House health advisers held an hourlong conference call Tuesday night with close to 3,000 physicians and officials of their professional groups in which they tried drumming up support by answering questions and describing the administration's goals, participants said.

Before the call, the White House e-mailed a 12-page booklet to medical associations titled "Doctors for Health Insurance Reform." The brochure stated the administration's case for revamping the nation's health care system and suggested ways doctors could call attention to the issue.

Among the suggestions: Hosting local events on health care, giving tours of hospitals or designating a "Health Insurance Reform Week" during which events could be staged around the country....

A former CIA employee, Robert Baer, stated the intelligence agency needs to clean up its act and gain credibility, as in its current state, it will not have any true effectiveness in the world, committing human rights abuses, it is telling other nations to desist.

This premise holds true of any government. In order to be effective, one must lead by example, or one will be disregarded and disbelieved.

President Obama closing Gitmo and CIA prisons was a good step in the right direction, regarding these matters. Releasing CIA torture documents and investigating abuses is also another plus.

The CIA now needs to do its part to discontinue abuses, act with integrity, in accordance with domestic and international law, to complete the revamp.

Because as it stands, the CIA is a byword in the world and the agency is looked upon with great suspicion in America as well.

Let's face it, the CIA is not liked in the world. Other governments hear the letters "CIA" and they close off, thinking the worst, assuming something or someone is about to be toppled.

This cannot be necessary in maintaining an empire that was severely damaged by former President George W. Bush and seeks to rise from the economic and diplomatic ashes.

Anyone that disputes the premise, several sedatives and Propofol, administered hours apart, within a 12 hour period, is deadly, is very naive or seeking to excuse very poor conduct.

Dr. Murray wouldn't have ingested all the drugs he gave Michael, in what amounts to half a day. Dr. Klein wouldn't have ingested all the drugs he was giving Michael for years, to feed his addiction. They took massive risks with Jackson's life, in open contradiction to the Hippocratic Oath and federal and state statutes.

If one is going to overmedicate patients to such extremes, one is just as dangerous as a drug pusher on the corner, selling illegal narcotics. When the end result is the same, a deadly overdose, how different are you from the drug dealer.

When you have to hide in secret to obtain copious amounts of controlled substances, prescription meds, use fake names and bypass state and federal law to obtain it, how is that much different from a drug dealer bringing in illegal shipments of narcotics? Because you have a medical degree and the drug dealer doesn't, you are somehow better?

Jackson's doctors that violated the law, wanted the money to maintain their lavish lifestyles. Now, his doctors need to face the music, pardon the pun, like men and accept the legal consequences of their misconduct.

It is better to be a physician in a clinic earning less wages, than a doctor making big money off unlawfully drugging up a pop star with prescription meds.

What honor is there in making someone sick, when you are supposed to be a doctor curing them. That's an oxymoron.

Jackson Employees Want to Speak Out Regarding Singer’s Death

8/26/09, 10:06 am EST - Two employees of Michael Jackson who were present in the singer’s home on June 25th want to help investigators piece together the events leading up to the star’s death. Michael Amir, Jackson’s personal assistant, and Alberto Alvarez, a security guard who reportedly placed the 911 call demanding an ambulance, had brief informal talks with police the day Jackson died, but their lawyer Carl Douglas says the two men can shed new light on the June 25th timeline, the Los Angeles Times reports.

For instance, at 12:13 p.m. on June 25th, Amir received a panicked four-second message from Jackson’s personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, that essentially said, “Come quick.” Nine minutes later, paramedics were called to Jackson’s home. Douglas said both of his clients are eager to share more information with authorities but have so far been stonewalled. However, Douglas wouldn’t elaborate on what other information his clients might tell authorities.

“We arranged two separate occasions for LAPD investigators to meet with my clients. My clients came early wearing suits and ties. The first meeting was canceled and rescheduled. The second meeting I had to call them to inquire about the [detectives’] absence,” Douglas told the LAT...
