Chris Brown Lacks Decorum

Chris Brown partying last night (photo credit: Ability)

Sony singer Chris Brown is specializing in bad taste, as he went out to a club partying last night, after a judge sentenced him for beating up girlfriend, Rihanna.

He also violated his probation by going to the club, the terms of which, bar him from entering an establishment whose primary business is serving liquor.

Celebrities can be very undisciplined people, which will make the sheer amount of items the judge ordered Brown to complete, as apart of his probation, quite a tall order that is sure to irritate him.

In other news, photos surfaced of Brown breaking the law in February, spraying graffiti on a wall in Los Angeles.

Chris Brown -- Guys and Close Calls

Posted Aug 26th 2009 7:28PM - How's this for chatter, your honor? Chris Brown may have violated his probation just hours after he was sentenced ... but a technicality will probably save him.

The probation report states that Brown must "abstain from the use of all alcoholic beverages and stay out of places where they are the chief item of sale."

Brown was at Guys and Dolls nightclub last night in West Hollywood, partying away. Guys and Dolls sells food, but it's chief item of sale is liquor...

Chris Brown Graffiti Artist - Yes, It's Against The Law!

Posted on Aug 26, 2009 @ 01:44PM - RadarOnline.com has exclusively obtained these never-seen-before images of the R&B singer spray painting a wall -- an act that is a misdemeanor crime in Los Angeles.

A source close to Brown tells RadarOnline.com that the incident happened in downtown L.A. this past February, the same month of his well-publicized altercation with ex-girlfriend Rihanna, which left the Umbrella singer beaten and bruised.

Brown was taking publicity shots by the Los Angeles River in downtown Los Angeles, which is close to his recording studio. Saggy-pant tagger Brown, who was accompanied by several friends, decided to spray paint a face and tag his nickname -- "Breezy" -- on the wall in an unplanned, against-the-law display of artistry...

Shocking Photos: Chris Brown Parties After Being Sentenced For Beating Rihanna

Aug 26, 2009 @ 11:17AM - Chris Brown has said he is “ashamed and embarrassed” by his actions the night he brutally beat his then-girlfriend Rihanna – so it may shock you to see photos of the R&B singer partying only hours after he was sentenced by a judge in Los Angeles, California!

Brown -- wearing a gray vest with a yellow heart on it -- was snapped Tuesday night dancing the night away at a club called Guys and Dolls in Hollywood. At one point, the Forever singer appears to be on top of a table clapping and singing along with the music. He even had a “dance off” with a guy at the club.

The Forever singer was seen laughing and joking with an entourage of girls, and despite the fact that he pleaded guilty to felony assault, more than a dozen girls took photos with him...

Kim Zolciak's "Tardy For The Party"

This week, I heard a painful song by "The Real Housewives Of Atlanta" star, Kim Zolciak, titled "Don't Be Tardy For The Party" and I must state, it is cringe inducing.

When the baritone track came on, it made my eyelashes stand up in fright, which I didn't know was possible (joking). However, the song proves, it's who you know and not what you know that counts in Hollywood.

Side Bar: the song's melody sounds like the refrain of Michael Jackson's "Startin' Something." You know Michael is rolling in his grave at where his melody landed. Bad enough overdosing, but this too...

Side Bar #2: Isn't she supposed to be a country music singer? Then, why is she releasing a techno song?

"Jennifer's Body" Is A "Carrie" Reboot

writer Diablo Cody and actress (LOL) Megan Fox

While reading the entertainment news today, being the film buff I am, it dawned on me, Megan Fox's forthcoming weird, twisted film "Jennifer's Body" is just an unauthorized reboot of the film "Carrie."

The 1976 movie "Carrie" was about a female high school virgin, taunted by classmates, who goes on a devilish rampage, killing people at her school.

Megan Fox, in what is thought to be a prom scene, looks like actress Cissy Spacek in "Carrie" during the scene she wears a white dress to the prom and starts killing people, getting their blood on her dress.

Either way, both films are sick and here's hoping this new Fox film doesn't give any teens inspiration to pull a mimic, much like a certain bit of entertainment motivated the Columbine killers.

Sony's Sour Grapes

Howard Stringer

Sony has a bad case of sour grapes, coveting Nintendo's success in taking gaming mainstream, whilst discounting the company in attempting to steal that title. Sony has no class whatsoever. It is amazing the lows they stoop to, resentful of other's accomplishments, they often pilfer.

In other Sony news, they are being accused of ripping off Twitter, for a new venture they've recently unveiled.

Sony is not contributing anything to the marketplace, just stealing from merchants all over the world, illegally claiming other people's protected intellectual property as their own.

Sony: We broke the mainstream barrier, not Nintendo

08.25.2009, Jim Sterling - Many people would claim that it was the Wii that truly cracked the mainstream audience and brought gaming to a whole new demographic. However, those are people who inhabit reality, and not the bizarre fantasy realm that Sony executives live in while they lick hallucinogenic toads and quaff vast amounts of LSD. According to Kaz Hirai it's the PS2, not the Wii, that brought gaming to the general public.

"The most successful console is still the PS2 and it's still going strong," claims Hirai, comparing a console released nine years ago to a console released three years ago. "I think that's the console that really broke the barrier from videogames being just for videogamers into more of a mass market on a global basis. Nintendo's obviously done a great job in following that mass acceptance."

Yes, because it's the PlayStation 2 that is known to all soccer moms, gets played in retirement homes, and has enjoyed mainstream press coverage since it was released.

Seriously, Sony truly is stocked to the gills with some of the most deluded, logic-leaping nutcases the industry has ever seen. What is it about being in third place that instantly renders a company out-of-touch and completely insane? Oh well, at least it must be fun living in a world where all the clouds have smiles and marshmallow elephants tuck you into beds made out of money and sugardrops.

Obama's Conundrums

As U.S. President Barack Obama's poll numbers continue to slide, he has found an unlikely ally in former Cuban leader, Fidel Castro. He attributes the opposition to Obama's ideas to racism from the right wing, who dislike the President for being black.

Certainly, there are right wing hate groups making active threats on Obama's life, while others utter slurs every chance they get.

There are also some Republicans who are racists and unable to adapt to the idea of a black President (hey, be happy he is not using pseudo-words like "misunderestimate").

However, to be fair, as a black person, while he has done some good, I have to state, some of Obama's ideas make me somewhat uneasy for the simple reason I do not believe they will work:

1) $1 trillion in government spending to boost the economy is too much.
2) Health care ideas in their current form need to be redone.
3) Approving the stem cell bill was not a good moral choice.
4.) There are too many troops in the Middle East and it is going to be messy and financially costly.
5.) The public and some sectors of the government, does not know America's true financial books, which bars proper financial planning.

As the first black President, I do not wish for him to fail, but I'd be a real hypocrite if I stated I approve of all his ideas, knowing full well the aforementioned five are going to be far more trouble than they are worth.

A lot of his ideas also suffer from bad economic timing, based on what he walked into as President - it was like stepping into a pile of doodoo Bush left behind (bad economy, bad war, bad diplomacy).

Respectfully, you will look back and see what I'm stating is not unsound, as it is simple economics. By God's grace, I have been right before.

However, on Obama's current path, he has not gone astray like Bush did, who plumbed the lowest depths of immorality, liked it and stayed there.

Fidel Castro says racist right-wingers fight Obama

Tue Aug 25, 2009 2:06am EDT - HAVANA (Reuters) - President Barack Obama is trying to make positive changes in the United States, but is being fought at every turn by right-wingers who hate him because he is black, former Cuban leader Fidel Castro said on Tuesday.

In an unusually conciliatory column in the state-run media, Castro said Obama had inherited many problems from his predecessor, George W. Bush, and was trying to resolve them. But the "powerful extreme right won't be happy with anything that diminishes their prerogatives in the slightest way."

Obama does not want to change the U.S. political and economic system, but "in spite of that, the extreme right hates him for being African-American and fights what the president does to improve the deteriorated image of that country," Castro wrote.

"I don't have the slightest doubt that the racist right will do everything possible to wear him down, blocking his program to get him out of the game one way or another, at the least political cost," he said...

White House projects bigger deficits, bigger debt

Tuesday Aug 25, 9:44 am ET - WASHINGTON – The federal government faces exploding deficits and mounting debt over the next decade, White House officials predicted Tuesday in a fiscal assessment far bleaker than what the Obama administration had estimated just a few months ago.

Figures released by the White House budget office foresee a cumulative $9 trillion deficit from 2010-2019, $2 trillion more than the administration estimated in May. Moreover, the figures show the public debt doubling by 2019 and reaching three-quarters the size of the entire national economy.

Obama economic adviser Christina Romer predicted unemployment could reach 10 percent this year and begin a slow decline next year. Still, she said, the average unemployment will be 9.3 in 2009 and 9.8 percent in 2010...

FBI Director Mueller Slammed In Scotland

Video: Scottish Government Defends Bomber's Release - The Associated Press

FBI Director Robert S. Mueller is being slammed by the Scottish government for a caustic letter he wrote, condemning them for releasing, Lockerbie bomber, Abdelbaset Ali al-Megrahi, who is dying of terminal cancer.

I certainly do not believe he should have been freed, but rather forced to live out his years in prison for crimes against humanity. However, Robert Mueller is in no position to criticize anyone with his track record.

Mueller, as head of the FBI, inexplicably has murderers running loose and for several years looked the other way to the criminal misconduct of men like Bernard Madoff and R. Allen Stanford.

It was revealed, he knew for years they were breaking the law and did absolutely nothing to stop them, which would have saved investors billions.

Not to mention, he was at the helm of the FBI when 9/11 happened, which the Bureau could have prevented had HQ not stonewalled its own agents for corrupt purposes. Thousands died, which is way more than the fatalities in the Lockerbie bombing. How do you explain terrorists having a lower body count than you, Mr. Mueller.

Robert Mueller

Your negligence is downright bloodcurdling, as terrorists are boldly proclaiming they shall launch new attacks and I don't doubt they will try.

However, knowing you are in charge of national security should alarm anyone, after what you let happen the first time, on September 11th.

Washington, D.C., New York, New York and Los Angeles, California, among other cities, are prime targets for terrorists with no mercy, yet the FBI is still in a terrible state of disarray thanks to you.

I am of the belief, you could care less about criminals being freed, as you've illustrated with your negligent conduct in numerous cases, including the aforementioned. What you dislike is the fact a case you worked on as prosecutor, has been undone, via freeing a terrorist after 8-years of what should have been a life sentence.

Side Bar: Mr. Mueller, what about the Bush family's special relationship with the Bin Ladens, prior to Osama flipping his lid. Why was his family allowed safe passage out of America during Bush's term, right after 9/11 happened. Why was the CIA in bed with Bin Laden prior to the bombings. Why was the Iraq war, that was concocted by Bush and Cheney on deliberately flawed intelligence, fought for oil and not for freedom. If you are going to throw stones, Mr. Mueller, make sure you don't live in a glass house.

FBI chief's attack 'out of order'

Mr Mueller suggested that Megrahi's release showed support for terrorists. Former Scottish First Minister Henry McLeish has described comments by the FBI chief on the Lockerbie bomber's release as "totally out of order".

Scottish Justice Secretary Kenny MacAskill freed terminally ill Abdelbaset Ali al-Megrahi on compassionate grounds on Thursday.

FBI director Robert Mueller said the decision gave "comfort to terrorists". Mr McLeish said it was an unfair slur on the Scots justice system. A former lord advocate said it was "appalling".

Megrahi, who has always claimed his innocence, served seven years, five months and four days of his life sentence for the bombing of the Pan Am jet over Lockerbie in 1988, in which 270 people died.

Since the 57-year-old's release, Mr MacAskill has been criticised for his decision, particularly from relatives of Americans killed in the bombing.

Mr Mueller, who was the US Assistant Attorney General responsible for the Lockerbie investigation, said he was outraged by the release, which he said made a mockery of the grief of the victims' families and undermined the rule of law.

In a letter to the justice secretary, he wrote: "Your action in releasing Megrahi is as inexplicable as it is detrimental to the cause of justice. Indeed your action makes a mockery of the rule of law.
Col Gaddafi with Abdelbaset Ali al-Megrahi...

"Your action gives comfort to terrorists around the world who now believe that regardless of the quality of the investigation, the conviction by jury after the defendant is given all due process, and sentence appropriate to the crime, the terrorist will be freed by one man's exercise of 'compassion'.

"Your action rewards a terrorist even though he never admitted to his role in this act of mass murder and even though neither he nor the government of Libya ever disclosed the names and roles of others who were responsible."

However, Henry McLeish said Mr Mueller's intervention was "totally out of order".

"Let's as Scots, despite the adversity, be conscious that it is Scotland and our criminal justice system which holds its head high throughout the world," he told BBC Radio Scotland.

"It doesn't help if some ill-informed remarks are made by the director of the FBI towards that when it's, quite frankly, none of his business.

"It would be the equivalent of the Metropolitan Police chief writing to Barack Obama to complain about a decision that has been made.

"He has a view - fine - but that was a slur on the Scottish justice system that we didn't deserve as part of the wider debate."...

FBI Has File On Michael Jackson

Michael Jackson

Roughly two months ago, I stated on the site, someone should request Michael Jackson's FBI file, under the Freedom of Information Act.

Someone did and yesterday, to their surprise, expecting him not to have a file, they were told in writing, the FBI has 600 pages on the singer.

FBI's Michael Jackson File = 591 Pages

Tuesday, August 18, 2009 - When I submitted a Freedom of Information Act request to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for any records they may have in their archive on Michael Jackson, I expected the agency would reply saying they didn't locate any such records, or that there were only a handful on pages on the late entertainer. I was wrong.

A letter from the FBI yesterday informs me they've located close to 600 pages on him. As I've learned from years of filing these sort of FOIAs, it's going to be a while before anything is released, and, when pages are eventually provided to me, they could be quite mundane.

Here's the FBI letter on my Michael Jackson FOIA:
