It's amazing that both Latoya Jackson and a former friend of deceased singer, Michael Jackson, named Dr. Susan Etok, publicly imply, there was a conspiracy to kill the star, by "a consortium of companies" looking to steal his assets.

Some valued his net worth at $500,000,000, which I disputed a month ago, as being over $1 billion, due to music publishing rights. In documents released yesterday on the TMZ site, it was revealed, Jackson's net worth is indeed $1.3 billion.

Considering what I went through in conduct that endangered my life, spearheaded by Hollywood individuals, acting in concert with each other, to criminally divide up my preexisting, multi-billion dollar valued Copyrighted Catalog, in conduct that can only be described as a sick Hollywood cabal, I don't doubt that's possible.

Regarding Hollywood, I have never encountered such a despicable, money hungry, sick set of people in all my life. Hollywood worships money and is willing to do anything to get it, including commissioned murder.

One of the massive side effects of this misconduct is people in the rest of the nation and around the world, watch the criminal activity pouring out of Hollywood, aghast and decide it is too risky and potentially deadly to do business with them.

If Congress and federal law enforcement did a better job of actually upholding existing laws, these things could never happen.

How is it a good thing to have people all over America and across the globe, looking on at the entertainment industry, stating one should avoid doing business with Hollywood at all costs, lest they form a cabal and try to have you murdered to steal your assets. It also delivers a terrible blow to human rights.

How Original Is "Twilight"?

How original is "Twilight"? I ask because of all the plagiarism claims that have surfaced. The most notable are claims regarding the fourth book in Stephanie Meyer's "Twilight" installment titled "Breaking Dawn" proving to be a rip off of Jordan Scott's preexisting copyrighted book "The Nocturne."

Previously, the "Twilight" perfume was shown to be a complete rip-off of Nina Ricci's well established fragrance. Therefore, the question is, just how much of this "Twilight" franchise is real and not stolen from someone else's copyrights. It's forming a pattern illustrating something is very wrong.

A lawyer tried to defend Meyer's conduct on the MTV website, regarding stealing the preexisting copyrighted book, by incredulously stating, some items in Scott's book are not uncommon.

I don't know about you, but a book featuring a woman pregnant with a vampire's seed, that is making her ill, with the baby having to be cut out of the womb and numerous lines of text being lifted from said book verbatim, among other things, is distinct and substantial, as it forms the basis for the work.

Furthermore, as a writer of any caliber, one should be ashamed to admit stealing anything from anyone, then looking for loopholes in Copyright Law to hide behind, as it states you are a fraud.

The internet is a great place, but is has exposed a lot of writers, including myself, to unwanted plagiarism and copyright infringement, by Hollywood stars and so-called writers, hiding behind their computers, while stealing from hardworking people. Who could respect such thievery, as it is ugly and so uncalled for.

He was sentenced to 5 years probation, 1 day in jail, 6 months of community service that is based in labor, 52 weeks of domestic violence and anger management counseling and over $5,000 in legal fines and restitution.

The judge ordered Brown not to acquire any new cases, lest she lock him up on felony charges. She also informed him she is aware of the "chatter" on the "airwaves" regarding him violating the current restraining order and is not afraid to incarcerate him, if she catches him doing so.

Lindsay, the haggard faced, 22-year old, sticky fingered thief, has now reaped what she sowed. Someone broke into her modest Hollywood Hills home and stole designer clothes, shoes, purses, watches and yanked the safe out of the wall.

It's hard to feel sorry for her, as people work hard for their money and property and not for it to be stolen by a lazy, perverse, degenerate Hollywood cult member, with a crazy, illogical sense of entitlement. Not even the Queen of England or the President of the United States would be entitled to such imposition and thievery, who is she to think she can do that.

She needs to view this terrible experience as a learning lesson and stop stealing other people's things, as one day she is going to steal something she should not and end up in prison.

Adding insult to injury, her neighbors, who do not like her, due to the criminal and boisterous mischief she constantly creates, wants her to move immediately, citing she is ruining their once peaceful and safe neighborhood.
