| A President, A Professor And A Cop Walk Into A Bar... Drinks At The White House Video: Black Scholar Accepts White House Meeting Offer - The Associated Press
President Barack Obama has invited friend and Harvard professor, Henry Louis Gates Jr. and Cambridge Police officer, James Crowley, to meet with him for a drink at the White House. The meeting centers on an incident of racial profiling that occurred recently, regarding Officer Crowley, arresting Professor Gates, for allegedly disturbing the peace. Henry Louis Gates Jr. Crowley, responded to a call regarding what looked like a break-in at the Professor's residence, when in actuality, Gates was trying to unjam his front door, after returning home from overseas. The two men argued in the professor's kitchen. Gates took offense at Crowley's attitude and allegations, especially his resistance in furnishing him with his name and badge number. Crowley decided he was going to get even. Based on what I read today regarding the police report, I get the impression, in order to make the highly questionable arrest, Crowley engaged in entrapment, demanding an upset and offended Gates come outside to the porch to speak with him. The minute Gates stepped out on his own porch, Crowley, slapped handcuffs on him, stating he was disturbing the peace, also known as entrapment. Crowley lured him onto the porch with the sole intent of a vengeful arrest on his own property. James Crowley I have respect for the police, but I do not respect what Officer Crowley did in arresting a 58-year-old professor that walks with a cane, on his own porch, for daring to exercise his right to free speech. Such conduct fosters mistrust among the public regarding law enforcement. When millions of young minorities read such stories, it does not encourage them to trust the police. Gates' Liberal College Town No Stranger to Racial Dust-Ups Racism Allegations in Recent Past at Harvard and MIT in Cambridge, Mass. ATLANTA, July 25, 2009 - The arrest of an African-American professor at his home near Harvard University gives a rare view into racial tensions in a seemingly unlikely place: America's ivory tower and its liberal environs... At least in the popular mind, flare-ups between police and minorities tend to occur in the 'hoods and barrios of poverty-ridden American cities. But the liberal bastion of Cambridge, Mass. (per capita income: $31,156; black population: 12 percent), the home of Harvard and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, has its own complex encounters with racial attitudes. Five years ago, Harvard's S. Allen Counter, a black professor of neuroscience, was stopped by Harvard campus police in what many saw as a racial-profiling incident. About three years later, an assistant professor at MIT, James Sherley, raised a ruckus over his failure to get tenure, a decision that he claimed was race-based. Those claims were never proved, but MIT has embarked on what it calls the Initiative on Faculty Race and Diversity to address the university's problems in hiring black faculty. And last week, Harvard Prof. Henry Louis Gates Jr. was arrested after one of his neighbors called police saying that two black men were trying to break into Gates' house. The scholar, who had a tense encounter with the police, was charged with disorderly conduct... Arrest of Gates also shines a light on 'disorderly conduct' laws July 25, 2009 - In Massachusetts and other states, such laws give police wide power to arrest someone acting abusively toward them in public. Reporting from Washington -- For some defense lawyers, the arrest of Harvard professor Henry Louis Gates Jr. was less about racial profiling than about how persons can be arrested simply for speaking angry words to a police officer. The laws against "disorderly conduct" give police wide power to arrest people who are said to be disturbing the peace or disrupting the neighborhood. In Massachusetts and elsewhere, courts have said the "disorderly acts or language" must take place in public where others can be disturbed. It is probably not a crime of disorderly conduct for a homeowner, standing in his own kitchen, to speak abusively to a police officer. According to his police report, Sgt. James Crowley said the professor was "yelling very loud" and "accusing me of being a racist." Complaining that the "acoustics of the kitchen" made it difficult to communicate, the officer said he "told Gates that I would speak with him outside." Once on the front porch, the officer arrested Gates for being loud and abusive in the presence of several neighbors who had gathered on the sidewalk. "You might think that in the United States, you have a right to state an opinion, even an offensive opinion. But prosecutors like to say you don't have a right to mouth off to the police," said Boston defense lawyer Samuel Goldberg. "Gates was saying, 'You are hassling me because I'm black.' I understand how that's offensive to a police officer. "It's astounding to me to call it criminal." Police officers can arrest people in their own homes for accosting police, interfering with an investigation or resisting a lawful arrest. But Gates was not accused of interfering with an investigation. "I would say it is not constitutional to arrest someone in his home just for being loud and abusive to a police officer," said Boston University law professor Tracey Maclin. "That's why the cop asked him to come outside, where he could be arrested for being disorderly in public."... Black scholar accepts White House meeting offer BOSTON — Black scholar Henry Louis Gates Jr. says he will accept President Barack Obama's invitation to visit him at the White House along with the white police officer who arrested the Harvard professor. Gates told the Boston Globe in an e-mail late Friday that he spoke to Obama and said he would meet with Cambridge Police Sgt. James Crowley. Gates said he hoped his arrest by Crowley leads to greater sensitivity on racial profiling and that it was time to "move on."

Harry Potter's Daniel Radcliffe Hates Homophobes

The misguided star of the "Harry Potter" films, Daniel Radcliffe, stated to a gay magazine, he hates all homophobes, as he grew up around homosexuals. You're gay aren't you. A member of the booty brigade. Just kidding.
Considering most religions, such as Christianity and Islam, forbid homosexuality, labeling it sin, that means you hate a few BILLION people, dear Daniel.
Why can't we agree to disagree. As a Christian, I do not agree with homosexuality, but I don't hate gays either.
Therefore, why are you, as a supposedly "tolerant" person, as the term goes, hating others that don't share your views. It is rather uncivil.
Harry Potter and the Liberal Democrats
Mr Radcliffe, who is dating actress Larua O'Toole, also told the gay publication how he was brought up surrounded by homosexuals.
He said: 'I just loathe homophobia. It's just disgusting and animal and stupid and it's just thick people who can't get their heads around it and are just scared.
'I grew up around gay people entirely. I was the only child in my class who had any experience of homosexuality or anything like that.'
Michael Jackson Hid Money

This post is dedicated to my mother. For years, every time she heard it announced on the news that pop singer, Michael Jackson, was in financial trouble, she would exclaim, "He's hiding money." Well, turns out mommy was right. You go girl!
It was announced today, the executors for the estate of the late pop star, have been finding dinero and assets all over the place, totaling more than $500 million dollars. Jackson's estate is solvent.
Jackson's half of the Sony/Beatles catalog, which Sony hated him for, as they coveted the entire thing, whilst only owning half of it, would certainly push his net worth over a billion dollars, providing someone doesn't con his poor mother out of it.
Michael Jackson Wasn't So Broke After All
Michael Jackson may have died owing an estimated $400 million, but in new court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the executors of the singer's estate assert there are "assets consist of real and personal property exceeding $500 million and that the estate is solvent."
Executors John Branca and John McClain also state they were successful in recovering over $5.5 million dollars in cash from a former unamed business advisor. RadarOnline.com has learned that the funds were in a personal Michael Jackson account and have been transferred to the Trust account...
Paris Hilton Is Delusional
Paris Hilton's herpes outbreak
Lay-about, lounge lizard, Paris Hilton, crazily claimed the late pop singer, Michael Jackson, named his daughter after her. Not according to Debbie Rowe, o' delusional village wench Hilton.

Paris Hilton smoking weed. Because who wouldn't name their kid after a pothead, n-word using racist, who's seen more naked men than a free clinic. Coincidentally, she's sent more men to the free clinic than anyone.
Rowe stated her pretty daughter Paris was named after the city she was conceived in. Paris is so romantic. No, not the wench, the city.
Megan Fox At Comic Con
No, Not Short For Comic Con Artists

Actress Megan Fox made an appearance at Comic Con in San Diego this week. Once again, trying to be all things to all people, Megan claimed she loves comic books, which I highly doubt.

However, as a few mainstream journalists have pointed out, during the promotional campaign for this summer's Transformers movie sequel, Fox claimed she liked any and everything that was expedient and would make her more popular. People are tired of her mouth. Her only saving grace with audiences is her looks.

Obama Revises Statements On Cambridge Cop
Video: Gates Arrest Still Scrutinized CBS
President Barack Obama has expressed regret over his choice of words, regarding the Cambridge Police department, who arrested his friend, professor Henry Louis Gates Jr., in his own home, in an incident of racial profiling, which the head of state referred to as the cop, "Acted stupidly."
The President has called the police officer James Crowley and the professor to talk the matter over.
I do believe officer Crowley was in the wrong. Not because he is a police officer and not because he is white. I believe he is in the wrong, because America and most English speaking countries, offer their citizens free speech and freedom from improper searches.
Officer Crowley willfully violated both tenets of the U.S. Constitution, in trying to teach an offended black man a lesson, for daring to speak to him in less than reverential tones, because his rights had been violated.
Officer Crowley refused to give his name and badge number, because he knew he was in the wrong. Hence the police department dropping the charges.
Disorderly conduct is public inebriation, fighting, issuing death threats and threats of violence. Based on what has been released, Professor Gates did none of those things.
It is you, Officer Crowley, that owes the professor and America an apology, for doing your duties with bias and abusing your post. Your pride and ego have gotten you into trouble. This story is being carried all over the world and the general consensus is you are in the wrong.
The next time you try to lock up a black man on trumped up charges, check to make sure he does not have access to the press, with the ability to embarrass you.
I know if such a thing had happened to me, I would be very offended and upset.
Side Bar: while I do not recommend it, all he had to do was tell the professor "your mama" back and call it a day, if he was that incensed at Gates exercising his right to free speech, in his own home, in a non-threatening manner. However, pride and ego clearly took over and made way for revenge via an arrest.
Obama regrets 'stupidly' remark on professor's arrest
Posted: 07/24/2009 07:38:01 PM PDT - WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama tried Friday to defuse a volatile national debate over the arrest of a black Harvard University professor as he acknowledged that his own comments had inflamed tensions and insisted he did not mean to malign the arresting officer.
Obama placed calls to both the professor, Henry Louis Gates Jr., and the man who arrested him, Sgt. James Crowley of the Cambridge, Mass., Police Department, two days after saying police officers had "acted stupidly" in hauling Gates from his home in handcuffs. Obama said he still considered the arrest "an overreaction," but added that "Professor Gates probably overreacted as well."
"I obviously helped to contribute ratcheting it up," the president said during an appearance in the White House briefing room. "I want to make clear that in my choice of words, I think I unfortunately gave an impression that I was maligning the Cambridge Police Department or Sargeant Crowley specifically, and I could have calibrated those words differently."...
America Is In Big Trouble

If a Time Magazine poll is to be believed, clearly 40% of Americans have a crack problem, as they voted Jon Stewart of the Daily Show, which isn't even a real news show, as the television anchor they most trust. I've stated it before and I shall state it again, America is in big trouble.

Side Bar: Is it April Fools again already? Really, Jon Stewart?
ESPN Implicated In Erin Andrews Hidden Cam Case
Video: ESPN's Andrews Fights Back - CBS News Online
The above posted video reveals how a perverse peeping tom, violated the rights of ESPN sportscaster, Erin Andrews, in a most vile manner, via abusing technology, to record her nude in her hotel room via an illegally placed hidden camera. This type of sick, devilish conduct is not uncommon in Hollywood.

Erin Andrews
Specialists are now speculating the depraved pervert

There are cases that have surfaced around the country, regarding depraved people using hidden cameras to film people without their knowledge or permission, where prosecutors obtained guilty verdicts and prison sentences for the culprits.

In many of the cases, individuals sick enough to install hidden cameras, breaking the law, were found to be pedophiles as well. It all falls under the umbrella of sexual deviance. It takes a deeply depraved person to do such a thing.

Ephraim Cohen, a spokesman for the video portal Daily Motion, could not confirm the video had actually appeared on his company's site, but said it may have been there months ago. He said a search for the name of the user who purportedly uploaded the video showed the person had opened an account in February, but had since closed it.
"As far as we can tell, the user took the account and the video down a while ago," he said.
How $600 Worth Of Equipment Put Perv In Erin Andrews' Hotel Room
Mon Jul 20 2009 - It's only a matter of time before the cops and Chief Inspector Don Chavez crack this thing wide open. When they do, they'll find someone who needed $600 worth of gadgetry and a penknife to screw with Erin Andrews' life.
Earlier today, I sent a snippet of the video, still being passed around the internet like samizdat, to a helpful guy named Jon from Spy Tec Inc. in New York, a company that specializes in "the finest surveillance and detection equipment on the market today." He says the peeper was probably in an adjoining hotel room (not, as many people seem to think, on the other side of a peephole), having threaded a gooseneck or fiber-optic camera through a hole in the wall about a quarter-inch across. "I doubt the wall was concrete," says Jon, who asked me not to use his last name. "Any kind of sheetrock or plaster, you could use a penknife, if you have the time to do it."
"I think somebody was on the other side of the wall," he adds. "It's not like he put something in [in her room]. He's able to move the camera from her torso down, so somebody was doing it"
It's not an expensive operation, either. The camera wouldn't have cost more than $240, according to Jon. On the other side of the wall, it would've been hooked up to a digital video recorder that retails at $400, tops. This is horrifyingly basic equipment, cheaply purchased and easily operated.
"And if the person does it a lot," Jon says, a little ruefully, "it's not a big investment."
Beyonce Steals Song Credits Again

Courtesy of Media Take Out regarding Beyonce lying about her age (34)
Once again, Sony artist Beyonce Knowles, has stolen songwriter's credit, regarding music she did not write, for accolades she did not deserve on royalties she decided to steal.
The New York Post has published an article titled "Beyonce Is A Liar" outing her for stealing songwriter's credit, on two songs other people wrote. Beyonce has done this many times, defrauding quite a few artists and writers click here.
The fact of the matter is Beyonce is illiterate and speaks English very poorly - factors that do not translate into a songwriter. She is a thief and a complete fraud.
She has arrogantly violated the rights of others, robbing people of paychecks that are not rightfully hers, which have gone into her greedy pockets. She is an absolute disgrace.

Beyonce Is a Liar
Call Jim Carey because he may have competition if he ever wants to make "Liar Liar 2." It looks like Beyonce is having a bit of a hard time telling the truth.
Ms. Jay-Z has been called out by two different R&B ladies for not writing songs she claims are hers. According to Rap-Up magazine, Chrisette Michele revealed that Beyonce's hit single "Ego" was originally meant for her own album "Epiphany" but she decided to hand it over to the Queen B.
And here is the shady part: The track is credited to producer Elvis Williams, Beyonce Knowles and Harold Lilly ... not vocal Chrisette. (Update: Beyonce was not mentioned by Christette as a writer on "Ego" when offered the song, which she turned down but did not write)...
Rico said to Michelle, "I did 'Radio' and 'Scared Of Lonely,' but I co-wrote 'Scared Of Lonely' with Solange, Lashawn Daniels, and Crystile." Wait ... you didn't say Beyonce, Rico? But ASCAP has her name on the song's credits. You little sneaky wig-wearing diva. All it takes is a few measly scraps of your millions, and these folks are happy to give you a good track.
I mean you ARE Beyonce ... throw a dog a bone, bi**h.
Sony's Howard Stringer Obsessed With Stealing
Howard Stringer
Unbalanced Sony CEO, Howard Stringer, is obsessed with engaging in criminal copyright infringement, patent theft and trademark infringement, as attested by the proceeding links. He has committed scores of SEC violations, wire fraud, bank fraud, money laundering and other willful breaches of U.S. and international law.
He is determined that he is to steal intellectual property at any costs and this has been his mantra at Sony, dragging the company into very illegal territory and international shame.

Put it this way, President Obama himself, could write to Howard Stringer and state, as you are doing business in the United States, the government wants you to comply with the law, which means no criminal copyright infringement, no copyright infringement, no trademark and or patent thefts and absolutely no SEC violations.
Stringer would ball the letter up and go right back to criminally stealing. He is absolutely obsessed with it and it is going to destroy him.

Judge Samuel Kent Impeached

Judge Samuel Kent
The U.S. House of Representatives has impeached federal judge, Samuel Kent, as he was convicted of sexually assaulting two women that worked in the courthouse he maintained chambers.
Upon the jury reaching a guilty verdict, Kent irresponsibly blamed alcoholism for all his problems. His rulings often contained sarcasm, nastiness, arrogance, bullying and insults, all violations of the Judicial Canons, governing federal judges.
The House was forced to impeach him, when he did not resign, in a bid to collect over $174,000 per year in salary, which judges are guaranteed for life, unless they are removed under certain circumstances. He forced Congress' hand and they called his bluff.
The U.S. judiciary still has federal judges on the bench, operating in criminal violation of the law, accepting cash and stock bribes, to rule in favor of criminals.
It is apart of the reason the U.S. economic crisis has reached such unprecedented levels, as some judges, deliberately failed to bring wealthy criminals to justice, who have been running running ponzi schemes, scams and financial frauds, in cases brought before them, that they accepted bribes to corrupt. Said conduct is destroying America.
House impeaches federal judge from Texas
Jun 19 03:31 PM US/Eastern - WASHINGTON (AP) - The House has impeached a federal judge from Texas for lying about the sexual assaults of two women. It was the House's first impeachment vote since it brought charges against President Bill Clinton in 1998.
The vote Friday sets up a trial in the Senate on the impeachment charges against U.S. District Judge Samuel Kent.
Kent entered a federal prison in Massachusetts Monday to serve a 33-month sentence for lying about sexually assaulting two female employees.
Kent is refusing to resign until next year so he can draw his $174,000 a year salary while in prison. If he is convicted of the impeachment charges in the Senate, he will be forced out of office and his pay will be cut off.
House committee sends judge's impeachment to House
Dick DeGuerin, Kent's attorney, sent a letter to the committee late Tuesday saying the women's testimony was "greatly exaggerated and flatly false." He denied allegations that Kent had used racial slurs against African Americans, saying Kent has been given many awards by the NAACP.
Obama Improves America's Image In The World

In what should not be surprising news, U.S. President Barack Obama, has improved America's image in the world, which after the damage Bush wrought, was no small feat.
Other nations, based on interviews and articles in the international press, had genuinely become suspicious, mistrusting and incensed with America, over George W. Bush and Dick Cheney's open defiance of international and domestic law.

The war for oil in Iraq, outraged and appalled many. Bush's Gitmo and renditions, trespassed and stepped on the toes of many world governments. He started off with some humility, then his arrogance and insolence towards others in the world and in America, grew by leaps and bounds.
It created a lot of ill will in the world, that is dangerous to everyday Americans. The Bush administration became so sinister and created so much anti-American sentiment in the world, as a U.S. citizen travelling abroad, one would be in for a world of abuse, pardon the pun. In some regions of the world that were once friendly, people wanted Americans dead.

With the introduction of Obama on the foreign stage and goodwill gestures he has made in the world, quite a few disillusioned hearts have melted.
They may not share the same political views, but the mere fact someone is treating them like a human being and is not speaking to them like they are subhuman, even shaking their hand, goes a long way. He is off to a good start in this endeavor.
Obama repairs US image abroad
July 23, 2009 11:20 AM - President Obama's poll rating may be slipping at home, but his popularity abroad is already repairing the image of the United States, which took a beating during the Bush administration.
The Pew Global Attitudes Project reported today that that favorability ratings for the US among people around the globe have improved markedly, recovering in many countries to the point before George W. Bush took office and began the highly unpopular war in Iraq.
"Improvements in the U.S. image have been most pronounced in Western Europe, where favorable ratings for both the nation and the American people have soared. But opinions of America have also become more positive in key countries in Latin America, Africa and Asia, as well," says the project, which surveyed 25 nations this spring.
Global Views of U.S. Helped by Obama, Survey Says
Published: July 23, 2009 - WASHINGTON — A new global survey has found a vast improvement in views of the United States since the election of President Barack Obama. But it also finds broad opposition to one of his key policies — sending more troops to Afghanistan — and confirms a drop in confidence in the United States among Israelis.
Poll: US image abroad surges under Obama
WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama's popularity has boosted America's image abroad even though deep suspicions about the U.S. persist in the Muslim world, according to a poll released Thursday.
The survey of two dozen nations conducted this spring by the nonpartisan Pew Research Center found that positive public attitudes toward the United States have surged in many parts of the world since Obama's election.
Positive opinions about the United States have returned to higher levels not seen since before President George W. Bush took office in 2001. The Bush presidency marked a steep decline in U.S. popularity overseas, notably after the 2003 invasion of Iraq, because of a perception that the post-9/11 war on terrorism was targeted at Muslims.
"The image of the United States has improved markedly in most parts of the world, reflecting global confidence in Barack Obama," the center said in its annual Pew Global Attitudes Report.
The only exception was Israel, where attitudes toward the U.S. have dipped since Bush left office.
The improvements "are being driven much more by personal confidence in Obama than by opinions about his specific policies," Pew reported.
At the same time, several specific administration policies drew near universal acclaim, including Obama's pledge to close the Navy-run detention facility for terrorist suspects at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, and the U.S. timeline for withdrawing U.S. troops from Iraq, the survey found.
Massive Corruption Sweep In New Jersey

44 people were arrested in New Jersey today in a FBI corruption sting that netted three local mayors, among others, on corruption charges.

It appears an FBI informant, who was arrested in 2006, squealed on everyone and agreed to go undercover to furnish the Feds with the evidence required to make the case. The misconduct includes political bribes, illegal kidney sales and money laundering.

Mayors, rabbis arrested in NJ corruption probe
Thu Jul 23, 2009 1:17pm EDT - NEW YORK, July 23 (Reuters) - Three New Jersey mayors and several rabbis were arrested on Thursday in a sweeping federal investigation into political corruption that also uncovered human kidney sales and money laundering from Brooklyn to Israel, authorities said.
Among the 44 people arrested were Hoboken Mayor Peter Cammarano, who took office 23 days ago.
Cammarano, at 31 the city's youngest mayor, was charged with taking $25,000 in bribes, including $10,000 last Thursday, said the U.S. Attorney's office in Newark, New Jersey...
Central to the investigation was an informant who was charged with bank fraud in 2006 and posed undercover as a real estate developer and owner of a tile business hoping to build projects and win public contracts in northern New Jersey, according to documents in the case...
They laundered some $3 million for the undercover witness between June 2007 and July 2009, authorities said.
15-Year-Old Convicted In Racial Harassment Case

Today, the British government convicted a 15-year-old bully that relentlessly taunted a 14-year-old black girl for 6 months, with racial slurs such as "nig*er" "coon" and "golliwog." He chanted white power slogans at her as well.
The bullying and racial hatred so distressed the girl, she attempted suicide, taking an overdose of painkillers and anxiety pills, leaving her family a note stating she did not want a sad funeral. That is heartbreaking, but thank God she survived.
The 15-year-old boy now faces one year in a juvenile detention center. I do believe he should face legal punishment for his conduct, as she could have died.
Parents need to talk to their children, not just about racial equality, but bullying in general. Children must learn to agree to disagree with others and realize it is cruel to try to push others over the edge.
Children in many countries have committed suicide, because they were bullied at school for being of a minority race, a foreigner, too skinny or too fat or gay.
Schools also need to play a greater role in educating children on the terrible dangers of bullying others. School management and teachers are in the trenches and should do more to intervene when they witness said conduct. All over the world, so many people have ended up traumatized over school bullying and more must be done to stop it.
What I find stunning is parents who encourage this type of negative behavior at home. You better think twice about encouraging your child to slur, rough up and abuse others, as some misguided mark of respect. In this day an age, people won't sue your kid, but they will sue you.

School bully convicted of racial abuse
A SCHOOL bully who drove a 14-year-old girl to the brink of suicide has been convicted of racial harassment. The verdict against the 15-year-old thug was hailed last night as a legal landmark. It was believed to be the first time a pupil under 16 had been found guilty of the offence. His victim was subjected to six months of abuse.
It included chants of: "White, white, white is right, kick them out, fight, fight, fight" - taken from a film about football hooliganism.
She was also told: "Go back to your own country."
The girl endured her torment in silence - then decided to kill herself, taking stress pills and painkillers in January and writing a note telling her family she did not want a "sad funeral".
Lincoln magistrates' court heard that the girl was saved. But she told police: "I wanted to die because of everything that was happening at school.
"I thought, 'Do I want to do this?' And then I thought, 'Yes, I don't want to be here'." She and her family have moved away from the Lincoln area.
Emma-Jane Cross, of the charity Beatbullying, said: "The outcome of this trial sets a precedent, sending out a message to all school bullies - your taunting will not be tolerated."
Jaswant Narwal, chief Crown Prosecutor for Lincolnshire, said: "We would like to thank the victim for her courage in coming forward...

Quarterback

McNulty, filed a civil suit, informing the press she did attempt to press criminal charges, but it was not properly investigated and her employers allegedly launched a cover up, which threatened her job.

She stated in her complaint, Ben Roethlisberger was staying at the Harrah hotel, of which she is an employee. He asked her to come up to his room at fix the TV that was not working. That's when she says he attacked her.

Andrea McNulty
Side bar: I don't know why either one of them thought she would be able to fix the TV. That statement needs to be clarified. Did they mean electronically or operationally.

Since this story broke, his image has taken a beating and so has her name, as some people are being quite critical of the case, looking for inconsistencies. I hope the truth comes out.
Why did the criminal case fall through? Did she not go to the hospital and get a rape kit done? Did the police disbelieve her story?
Roethlisberger Accused of Sexual Assault in Lawsuit
Published: July 21, 2009 - A civil lawsuit has been filed in Nevada against Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger by a woman accusing him of sexually assaulting her in a Lake Tahoe hotel room in July 2008.
Roethlisberger’s lawyer, David Cornwell, said Roethlisberger denied the charge. “Ben has never sexually assaulted anyone,” Cornwell said in a statement.
According to the civil complaint filed Friday in the Second Judicial District Court in Washoe County, Nev., the woman accused Roethlisberger of assault while he was a guest at Harrah’s Lake Tahoe, where she is an employee. The suit, however, is also for libel and slander and is filed against nine defendants, including Roethlisberger. The eight others are reportedly employees at Harrah’s whom the woman accuses of defaming her following the assault and whom McNulty says did not adequately investigate her complaint...
A criminal complaint was not filed against Roethlisberger after the incident, although one could still be opened. She is seeking damages of at least $390,000.
“The timing of the lawsuit and the absence of a criminal complaint and a criminal investigation are the most compelling evidence of the absence of any criminal conduct,” Cornwell said. “If an investigation is commenced, Ben will cooperate fully and Ben will be fully exonerated.”
Complaint in Roethlisberger case alleges huge coverup by coworkers
July 21, 2009 7:05 PM ET - We've previously addressed the crux of the claims made by Andrea McNulty against Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger.
But there's a separate aspect to this case that Florio didn't have time to get to on Tuesday as he was talking to pretty much every radio station in the country and appearing on Keith Olbermann's favorite cable news network.
The rest of the complaint details an alleged coverup by McNulty's co-workers and superiors at Harrah's Lake Tahoe, along with the physical and emotional distress McNulty experienced after the alleged incident.
The most pointed accusations by McNulty are directed at Guy Hyder, Chief of Security at Harrah's Lake Tahoe, and John Koster, Harrah's Northern Nevada President...
Hyder also allegedly said "most girls would feel lucky to get to have sex with someone like Ben Roethlisberger" that "Koster would love you even more if he knew about this" and that "Koster would **** his **** if Roethlisberger let him."
Last August, soon after the alleged assault, a co-worker warned McNulty that if she ever let on to knowing Roethlisberger, Koster would "personally fire you for starting rumors about Roethlisberger's personal life."...
