Michael Jackson's Family Speaks Out

The Jackson family has been claiming ignorance to the massive drug problems of the late pop star, Michael Jackson, which led him to struggle with a dependency for almost three decades. Several family members stated they did not witness Michael abusing prescription meds.

Jackson did admit in a 1994 televised interview that he was getting treatment for his addiction to prescription meds, but his family is still stating they were oblivious to the problem until recently, when they wanted to stage an intervention.

It's easy for some to condemn Jackson for abusing prescription meds, but I don't care what anyone says, his life was messed up, he was clearly suffering emotionally and wanted to escape that and this was the method he chose.

Money and fame do not make a person happy. Under all of that, real life is still out there waiting for you.

In other news, despite the claims of Michael Jackson's ex-wife, Debbie Rowe, to the contrary, his brother, Tito, insists Michael sired his two children with her and his third child with an unknown woman.

Tito Jackson Talks About Michael's Alleged Drug Problems

Jul 15 2009 12:57 PM EDT - Older brother says family planned military-style intervention with Michael. For years, the Jackson family largely presented a unified, denial-filled front in response to allegations of Michael Jackson's alleged addiction to prescription medication.

But, following in the footsteps of sister LaToya, who was paid to speak to a British tabloid about her feelings that Michael was "murdered" by a shadowy group of conspirators, older brother Tito, 55, has broken his silence to a rival British tab, The Daily Mirror.

In a lengthy interview, Tito told the newspaper — which seems likely to have paid him for his time, as The Daily Mail did with LaToya — that the family was so concerned over Michael's alleged abuse of prescription pills that they planned a military-style intervention at Jackson's then-home, Neverland Valley Ranch. (Representatives for the Mail had not responded to MTV News' request for comment at press time.)

"I never saw him on drugs. Not once. He deliberately did it away from us. He didn't want his family to know anything about that part of him," Tito reportedly told the paper, adding that Jackson did everything in his power to hide his activities, even ordering his staff to bar his brothers and sisters from the ranch.

"We had to act," he explained, saying that as rumors grew of Michael's addiction his siblings rushed passed the security guards to confront Michael. "It was me, my sisters Janet, Rebbie and LaToya and my brothers, Jackie and Randy ... We bust right into the house and he was surprised to see us, to say the least. ... We went into one of his private rooms and had a discussion with him. Some of us were crying."

Tito claimed that the siblings kept asking Michael if it was true he was using drugs and the singer kept denying it, saying they were overreacting and asking a doctor who was on hand to assure them everything was OK...

Jul 16, 2009 - Michael Jackson's brother Tito says the singer was definitely the biological father of his three children. Since the self-styled king of pop's death, reports have been circulating that Prince Michael (12), Paris (11) and Blanket (7) were not actually fathered by Jackson – something that Tito insists isn't true. "They are all his children. Blanket is Michael's, I can tell," he said. "Those eyes don't lie. Them eyes are Michael's over again."

Tito added that of the three children, Blanket is the most likely to follow his father into the entertainment industry, stating: "Blanket is the one I can see it happening to. He is so like Michael." However, the former Jackson 5 member admitted even he doesn't know who the youngster's biological mother is, saying "Nobody knows who his mother is, nobody. That's the million dollar question. Madonna looking like a science experiment gone wrong Several crew members on Madonna's latest failed tour, with inflated revenues, were seriously injured and one man was killed, when the shoddy stage collapsed, as they prepared for a show in France. This is the second such incident recently with reported injuries involving her tour staff. Clearly Madonna, also known as Grendel from Beowoulf, is cutting corners and cost, putting together substandard stage displays that are a danger to the crew and audiences. However, leave it to Madonna to turn this tragedy into a publicity grab, milking it for all it's worth. After all, anyone that could run to the press claiming they "can't stop crying" over singer Michael Jackson's death, when they went around Hollywood calling him "a pedophile" to many while he was alive, will do anything for publicity. Not to mention, publicly mocking and deriding him for not sleeping with her in the 80's. Maybe he didn't want Herpes. She wasn't crying for Michael when he died, she was crying for PR on that flat-lined career of hers. Obama Considering Homeowner Rental Plan

It was announced yesterday, President Barack Obama is, "Mulling a rental option for some homeowners." Last month, I wrote about the rental issues besetting homeowners across America, whose properties are in foreclosure or pre-foreclosure stages, in the June 15, 2009 article The State Of The U.S. Housing Market.

I wrote of my neighbors, who were barred from renting their home, whilst moving to cheaper accommodations in a neighboring county to save money. It was an unwise move on the part of the bank, as the house has been empty for over six months, when my neighbors had found someone who wanted to rent it at a good price back then.

Several thousand dollars in rental income could have been generated by now, which would have put their mortgage back on track. However, in light of the bank's decision, they had no choice but to abandon the house, which was very sad.

The house still has not been auctioned yet. Not to mention, many courthouse held auctions of homes in America are coming up empty, with properties going back to the banks, many times without a single bid on them.

This story is repeating itself across the country. Some people would move in with relatives and rent out their homes to save their properties, but the banks will not let them (rentals).

Once again, some major banks are not working with homeowners and they are losing money for it. It is as though some of these prideful banks would rather see the homes empty, than work with homeowners, which is bad business, as it drives down property values and creates deserted neighborhoods.

The banks also have to pay maintenance fees and taxes on said empty properties, incurring additional costs. It's just bad business all around.

There are some bad lawyers out there taking advantage of the foreclosure crisis, but there are some who are successfully fighting the banks via the court system, then obtaining a loan modification for their clients, keeping them in their homes with comfortable interest rates.

The key is to find a good lawyer and one that won't drag out your foreclosure case, leaving you to catch up on a year or more of payments, plus fees and penalties you will incur from the banks. Get your loan straightened out as soon as possible.

Under one idea being discussed, delinquent homeowners would surrender ownership of their homes but would continue to live in the property for several years, the sources told Reuters.

Officials are also considering whether the government should make mortgage payments on behalf of borrowers who cannot keep up with their home loans, tapping an unused portion of a $50 billion housing aid kitty.

US Weekly has released disturbing footage, displaying the January 1984 Pepsi commercial accident that badly burned the face and scalp of the late pop star, Michael Jackson, who died last month of cardiac arrest.

Jackson sustained painful second and third degree burns that left bald spots on his head. As previously stated last month, on June 26, 2009 in the Judiciary Report article Coroner: Michael Jackson Was On Pain Medication, the 1984 Pepsi commercial injury marked the beginning of Jackson's prescription pill abuse habit. US Weekly is now stating the same this week, regarding when his struggle with prescription meds began.

One does not sustain that type of injury, as Jackson did in the making of the commercial, without being prescribed painkillers of a strong variety. Some people end up developing a dependency. Michael was one of them.

Shocking Photos Of Michael Jackson’s Legs Show Track Marks

A set of photos ABC News obtained of Michael Jackson's legs, seven years ago, revealed a constellation of discolored needle marks and a hideous blotch.

"It looks like there are multiple punctures from IV placement," Dr. Debra Jaliman, a spokeswoman for the American Academy of Dermatology, told the network.

Jaliman added that it is "unusual" for IVs to be placed in the leg, a measure she surmised was likely necessary if no veins in the upper body were accessible.

Jaliman said that the blotch might have been the result of necrosis, a condition that could have surfaced due to IV fluids dripping into the Thriller star's lower leg. She said that the damage also might be attributable to a caustic, damaging fluid the late Beat It singer's skin made contact with.

Common Caught Committing Copyright Infringement Again

rapper Common Rapper Common, has been caught and sued, once again, for committing copyright infringement, in stealing other artists' songs. Previously, in the May 27, 2008 Judiciary Report article, Rappers Steal Dead Musician’s Songs, I wrote about Common being sued for stealing a deceased musician's music. Fast-forward to this week and he has been sued again, this time by different people. He stole the song "When Will The Day Come" by indie artists, Andrew Marks and London McDaniels, giving them co-songwriters' credit on the download version, but not the CD and did not pay them a dime. They have every right to be upset and sue. Some of these thieving artists have no clue how long it takes some writers' to compose a song, especially one that is very meaningful to them. As a songwriter, some songs I've written in minutes, while others I've written over the course of years, attempting to perfect it and say exactly what I wish to state, in an effort to capture the moment and meaning of the tune. For someone to just arrogantly, not to mention, illegally steal another's copyrights, which is property under domestic and international law, is morally wrong and reprehensible. TV Show "Lost" Stolen From Writer

In what should be an open and shut case, provided the judge doesn't take a bribe, as some others have done, who were later indicted and incarcerated for doing so, a very credible looking copyright infringement case has appeared on the court dockets, regarding the television show "Lost."

32 years ago, Anthony Spinner, the producer for the hit show "Baretta" and "Babes in Toyland" wrote a 121 page script, for which he was paid $30,000.

Under the agreement, if the script was used at a later date by a studio, he was to be given writer's credit and royalties, which is standard. 32 years later, a Hollywood miscreant saw a copy of the script, used it, took writer's credit and payment for it, launching it as the show the public knows as "Lost." The current show "Lost" is a duplication of the preexisting script from 1977. The premise and characters are the same.

I always state, you know what you write, whether it be a letter to a friend, a reminder note or on another level, a script. Therefore, these infringers taking credit for other people's preexisting copyrights are criminals.

They know they did not write these items they take credit and payment for, in violation of the law, which constitutes willful copyright infringement, fraud, deceptive trade practices and money laundering, which is a serious crime.

Man Claims He Got 'Lost' First

There may be one human being on Earth who understands the TV show "Lost" -- a guy who claims he created the show 32 years ago.

Anthony Spinner -- a producer on "Baretta" and "Babes in Toyland" -- says back in 1977 he was paid $30,000 to write a TV pilot, which eventually became a 121-page script called "Lost."

Spinner is now suing ABC and Touchstone Television, claiming the network passed on the show in '77, '91 and '94 ... then suddenly created an exact replica with Touchstone in 2004.

Spinner lists a ton of similarities in his suit -- which was filed on July 10 -- notably an "airplane headed to Los Angeles [that] crashes into a tropical jungle-like environment."

Spinner also alleges the new "Lost" characters -- including Jack, Locke, Sayid, Kate and Sawyer -- are all rip-offs ... down to their occupations and dark pasts.

The comparisons go on and on. Spinner is suing for damages and a cut of royalties, profits and a bunch of other stuff. Spinner tried to sue a few years ago, but it was dismissed for procedural reasons.

Sony Computer Entertainment president Jack Tretton has spoken of fiscal 2008 as "a very challenging period of trying to sell future technology."

James beat and attempted to extort money from singers and musicians, illegally controlling that sector of the music industry in said city.

A cooperating witness he attacked, furnished the FBI with evidence of criminal misconduct via a surveillance sting that caught everything on tape. James now faces the possibility of 20 years in prison.

Elgin Nathan James, a self-proclaimed founding member of Boston-based FSU -- which stands for "Friends Stand United" -- was arrested on Monday by FBI agents at his Los Angeles home. The attempted extortion charge was then unsealed by the prosecutor's office in Chicago.

FSU boasted in videos dating to 2004 about beatings it administered to punk music fans and performers. The aim was to establish control at clubs and concert venues and drive "Nazi skinheads" out, according to prosecutors...

If convicted, James could face 20 years in prison.

The President's daughter, Malia, who is a pretty, personable, intelligent, preteen student at one of the finest schools in America, was libelously referred to as, "A typical street whore."

It is highly inappropriate and cruel to refer to an 11-year-old girl, especially one with Malia's gifts and sense of decorum, in this manner. You owe the child a public apology.

A hapless 15-year-old girl, Alexa Longueira, was busy walking and texting, which caused her to fall into a manhole. That old Gap ad campaign, "Fall into the gap" springs to mind.

I'm not gonna lie and state, when I read this story, I didn't burst out laughing for a little bit, okay, maybe I laughed for a minute...or five, but who's counting. Then, laughed some more at the mental image (wiping away tears, whilst laughing again).

Poor baby, but she should be careful texting while walking or driving. It's just not safe.

However, here's the kicker in this story. Her parents have filed a lawsuit against the city, regarding the open manhole. There are liability issues present, in leaving a manhole open, if it was not properly cordoned off.

*Still laughing at the mental image of someone texting and falling in a manhole.* Hey, you know what they say, "The children are the future."

Side Bar: the one bright side to this story, at least she could text for help when she fell into the manhole.

WASHINGTON (AP) — The plaintiff in the landmark abortion-rights case Roe v. Wade, who became an abortion protester in recent years, was among four demonstrators arrested Monday for disrupting Sonia Sotomayor's Supreme Court nomination hearing.

Norma McCorvey, 61, of Texas, better known as "Jane Roe," began screaming that Sotomayor was "wrong" about abortion during the opening statement of the newest member of the Senate, Al Franken, D-Minn.

McCorvey's suit led to the 1973 Supreme Court decision that legalized abortion. But in recent years, she switched sides to speak out against abortion...

She switched sides in 1995 when the anti-abortion group Operation Rescue moved next door to the Dallas women's clinic where she worked. She became friends with one of the anti-abortion leaders and became a Christian.

She began working for Operation Rescue. She even started her own "Roe No More Ministry."

In another high-profile demonstration in May, McCorvey was among at least 27 people arrested on trespassing charges when President Barack Obama spoke at the University of Notre Dame.

He is a corrupt, jealous, resentful animal that can’t stand to see anyone else do anything of merit. He is also a desperate wretch, willing to do anything to increase sales, even if it means engaging in corporate fraud and massive SEC violations.

Madonna’s greed and lust for fame and success, is in fact worst than Stringer’s. No one should want to get ahead so badly that murdering off innocent people for their business assets becomes an option.

"The Power Of The Tongue"

As Christians, the Bible teaches us to be careful of our words, known as "The power of the tongue" as they have power, in speaking things into reality via faith, whether it be positive or negative, good or bad.

Other bizarre mystical movements have tried to push this concept as well, albeit altered, that comes straight out of the Word of God. The Bible also teaches us that negative words can take effect as well. Therefore, we are to speak good and positive things into our lives, through proclamations of faith to bring blessings.

Recently, since his passing, I was looking over some of Michael Jackson's lyrics and was surprised at how negative some of it is.

Considering the manner in which he died last month, of cardiac arrest, his heartbeat stopping in his bedroom, with many stating his death was foul play, due to his doctor's bizarre conduct, such as waiting half an hour to call 911 and administering CPR (mouth to mouth resuscitation) incorrectly, coupled with previous threats he had received, even stating people were out to get him for his copyrighted catalog, it's somewhat ironic:
