Fox News talk show host Bill O'Reilly slammed the late pop star, Michael Jackson, really hard, as a wannabe white, black man that did not deserve the send off he received yesterday. He denounced Jackson as a man with many issues, who wanted to be white, so much so, he had a white man father his children and whitened his skin.

Well, I do think O'Reilly's tirade was mean, but it is almost undeniable Jackson wanted to look white. Let's not pretend. He drastically reduced his beautiful black nose, until it caved in. He whitened his skin to the point, he was whiter than most white people. He was at an albino level of whiteness. There's nothing wrong with being an albino...if you were born one.

Michael also put a cleft in his chin and reduced and pinked his lips. God gave him a gorgeous face that surgery only destroyed, as his face began to fall apart. He was so handsome before all the cosmetic work. Jackson looked his absolute best during his "Off The Wall" days and in the "Rock With You" video. He looked fantastic.

However, childhood teasing and growing up in a predominantly white Hollywood, where he faced racism, created self-hate, race-based issues that clearly never left him.

One cannot become white. Either you are born white or you are not. Just like one cannot become black. Either you are born black or you are not.

There are black people all over the world, in interracial relationships, who have produced white looking children, but they themselves are usually mixed race. There's nothing wrong with interracial relationships either.

There is also nothing wrong with adoption and color should never matter when caring for a child. However, many people in this world, hope to have children and pass on their genetic gifts to them. There is nothing wrong with adopting and having biological kids as well.

I don't understand why Jackson did not want that for himself. It's sad Michael's dislike for his features outweighed his desire to bring a child into this world that could have inherited his musical abilities.

Megan Fox piling on the alabaster make-up to look like Dita Von Teese (and accidentally two toned) The trailer talks about Satanism, which is no surprise, as the screenwriter, Diablo Cody, is clearly living up to the first part of her pen name (Diablo = devil in Spanish). Your real name, Brook Busey, sounds better than Diablo. Is there any wonder kids are so messed up today. That trailer betrays the fact that it is a sick, demonic, nasty piece of garbage, trying to pass for a film. Fox gained a family audience from the "Transformers" film and this is where she takes them. Furthermore, taking such sick roles, often opens actors up to psychological issues and depression. The late singer/actress Aaliyah was never the same, after she made the ill-advised, disturbed film "Queen of the Damned." After Heath Ledger played the sickest Joker on record in the "Dark Knight" film, he developed depression and a massive sleeping disorder that led to his untimely death via a prescription pill overdose. One should be careful playing with the dark side, because when it plays with you back, you're not gonna like it.

Delinquencies on the value of all card debt soared to a record 6.60 percent from 5.52 percent in the fourth quarter as more cardholders relied on plastic to meet day-to-day expenses, the American Bankers Association said.

Late payments on home equity loans rose to 3.52 percent from 3.03 percent, and on home equity lines of credit climbed to 1.89 percent from 1.46 percent.

A broader gauge showing late payments on eight categories of loans rose for a fourth straight quarter to a new record, edging up to 3.23 percent from 3.22 percent. That rate actually understates consumer pain because it excludes credit cards. The ABA tracks loan payments that are at least 30 days late...

You expect us to believe you, an out of work, unintelligent actress, who can't even string a sentence together, developed a product you stole from a chemist that developed it in a science lab. You need to go sit down somewhere. Sometimes I am still stunned at how arrogant, audacious and crazy Hollywood cult stars are - when they are not playing doctor, they are playing chemist.

By the way, that was really smart (not). Stealing lab items is how innocent consumers end up getting killed, when formulas fall into the wrong hands.

Tuesday, July 7, 2009 - TAMPA — Not everyone is glowing about a new fake tan spray that actress Lindsay Lohan claims to have invented.

A lawsuit filed in Tampa federal court says Lohan and a Nevada woman stole the formula for Sevin Nyne from a St. Petersburg chemist named Jennifer Sunday.

Lohan launched the tanning mist spray this summer, taking credit for co-creating it over the past three years with Lorit Simon, a Las Vegas businesswoman who air-brushes tans for celebrities.

Impossible, says Sunday's attorney, Marcia Cohen, who told the St. Petersburg Times that her client only recently completed the ingredients used in Sevin Nyne.

"We are certainly looking for the profits that are being generated right now from that product," Cohen said Monday. "If Ms. Lohan and Ms. Simon and their companies and their shareholders are profiting from the theft of my client's formula and are profiting from that product, my client is entitled to those proceeds."

A publicist for Lohan couldn't be reached Monday, and Simon didn't respond to an e-mail seeking comment.

Sunday is suing Lohan, Simon, and Simon's company for breach of contract, theft of trade secrets, civil conspiracy, intentional interference with contractual relations and deceptive and unfair trade practices.

Simon signed a confidentiality agreement in January with Sunday's company, White Wave International Labs. A copy of the agreement was included in the lawsuit. The suit says Simon and Sunday had been negotiating over samples of the tanning mist, but the sides couldn't agree on a price.

"The next thing we know, Lorit Simon and Lindsay Lohan are partnering and Ms. Lohan is taking credit for developing this formula, which she indeed had no role in," Cohen said...

President Barack Obama praised the Civil Rights Act on its 45th anniversary. However, he stated there are still inequities. Yes, that's an understatement.

When individuals, through bribery and corruption, can so viciously and heinously violate the Civil Rights Act in modern day times, which creates a nasty stigma on said miscreants, disgracing the government that has not reined in said criminal conduct, it says society has a long way to go.

It is a shame, embarrassment and black eye to violate the Civil Rights Act in this day and age, but the fact that some people do not see it that way and persist in criminally transgressing it, says something is very wrong. There's no polite way of putting it.

When an entertainment industry sees repealing anti-slavery laws and privacy statutes as the way to prosperity, ill-gotten cash and unearned awards, something is very wrong.

WASHINGTON (AP) — President Barack Obama says the Civil Rights Act opened doors for freedom but inequities remain on the legislation's 45th anniversary.

On Thursday, Obama released a statement praising the 1964 law that ended legal discrimination. Obama says Americans must continue to break down barriers to equality and fulfill the promises of that legislation.

Obama says the act won passage because Americans of all backgrounds "stood up, sat down, and marched in freedom's cause" together.

"I'm concerned at the number of programs that are being presented, the bills associated with these programs and the additional government that will be needed to execute them," Mr. Powell said in an excerpt of an interview with CNN's John King, released by the network Friday morning.

Mr. Powell, a retired U.S. army general who rose to political prominence after a long and accomplished military career, said that health care reform and many of Mr. Obama's other initiatives are "important" to Americans.

But, he said, "one of the cautions that has to be given to the president -- and I've talked to some of his people about this -- is that you can't have so many things on the table that you can't absorb it all."

"And we can't pay for it all," said Mr. Powell, who was the first African-American to serve as secretary of state, under former President George W. Bush. We're told RiRi tattooed three of East Side Ink's artists with umbrellas and the letter R. None of her pet projects cared that she didn't have a license -- but the NYC Law Department does.

They say Rihanna could be slapped with three misdemeanors for the offense, each with its own hefty penalty -- as much as $300 for the first offense, $500 for the second and $1,000 for the third.

Sources say the tattoo shop could also face considerable fines of its own if the NYC Law Dept. decides to open an investigation.

UPDATE: The NYC Health Department just told TMZ: "Only licensed tattoo artists can administer tattoos in the city according to the City's Health Code. We are sending someone down to follow up on this."

She stated right there in the press conference (LOL) that Bay arranged for a private display of the skanky gear, he had costume designers make for her to wear in the film, asking her to change into all 18 costumes, for the male members of the cast. That sounds very degrading.

It sounds like she was treated like a stripper for their amusement. It also sounds like she resented it. It also sounds like they tried to pass her around. No career is worth that. None of these men would be amused if someone did that to their daughters one day.
